My aunt recommended this family owned business. My first-time visit was nothing but a pleasure. Came in for new rotors and brake pads. They helped me in and out within the day. Floyd's auto is the best family mechanic!!! I've been coming here for the last 2 years and I'm so happy that my best friend recommended them to me! Mrs. Floyd's is absolutely lovely, incredibly helpful, extremely knowledgeable and makes you feel like a family friend that truly cares 😊 they do an amazing job on my 2011 Kia Soul! And, even better, they make me feel welcomed and have options for me because I've been having financial issues this past year. I had a previous mechanic for years who was robbing me blind and never fully fixing my car. My friend recommended Floyd's. Not only did they diagnose the problem, but my car worked so much better afterwards. AFTER ONLY ONE VISIT! after that I made them my permanent mechanics. Super friendly, super knowledgeable and most importantly super honest! They've helped me plenty and always get my car in tip top shape while also warning me ahead of time when someone thing else is gonna need fixing soon. After being with them and seeing how good they took. Are of my car, the rest of my family followed suit. Great people there and I fully trust them and so does my car.

Their son Floyd is also very nice and he is in the same grade as my son and Floyd a good boy and helps my son with homework. I LOVE IT!!!!! Their other son is also in the same grade as my other son. I have a Kia and I went to the dealership after setting an appointment 2 weeks in advance. I went there and was still was not able to get my services completed after waiting 4 hrs. I went to Floyd’s and was able to get the service completed in the same day and they realized that my car had no oil. They are always gracious, helpful and intuitive. The customer service is always great and they get the job done on the first try. I will always recommend them and I have. Everyone that I have sent to them still goes to them and it has been years. Floyd's Auto was there to repair my vehicle when I needed it most. They quickly made the repairs and I am grateful that they were able to return the car to me the same day. My one issue with not just this shop, but with all auto shops is that the color of the interior of my vehicle is tan. It is difficult to get rid of the black fingerprints the mechanics leave behind.

I came here to check a car before purchasing it. They are charging 90$ plus tax for car check, which is pretty high, but that is their price. We came because we noticed that there is a leak from the engine and we couldn't know what cause it, after they checked it they found the leak from the engine, but they couldn't really explain what it is, they said it's "unusual leak on this model" and offered to replace the main cap bearing bolt for 270$, I asked to speak with the mechanic that checked the car but I was told on the bar that "you can't speak to the mechanic" although they saying that "after the check you could speak to the mechanic". I also saw the mechanic outside and asked him about it, and he said that it was something "unusual, and we needed to investigate it more, but now I have no time", In the meantime I spoke to my mechanic and he had an idea what could be the problem and wanted to speak with the mechanic, but also at this time mechanic refused, he said "no more questions I had to work on other cars". Eventually, I was charged 80$, but they couldn't answer it, and they didn't make the full effort to come up with an answer. So I wasn't able to buy the car. I have to mention that floyd wasn't there when I visited them, and I only spoke with lush on the counter and asked her for a significant discount. With no success.

I had an absolutely amazing experience! I was referred by a friend/family member and decided to give them a call. Ms. Lushanda assisted me, and she was truly a breath of fresh air—respectful, extremely polite, and attentive. She worked with me every step of the way and was always responsive whenever I reached out. Dropping off and picking up my car was smooth and hassle-free. I have been going to Floyd’s Auto for over 3 years. I’ve brought every concern to them and they have ALWAYS been honest & transparent in their dealings with me. Floyd is extremely knowledgeable, reliable & honest. Lushanda has assisted me with everything from getting my car towed to the shop to leaving parking passes for me hidden so I can drop off the car after hours. They are deeply committed to their customers and the reputation of their business. On two occasions they returned my car repaired and didn’t even charge me because it was something so minor or They didn’t detect any issue. Never have I trusted a mechanic more with my vehicle.
