He was very quick at sending link for the deposit but failed to show up when he said he would. It’s been almost a week of chasing him trying to get follow up on appointments that he set up himself then no call no show. Very unprofessional. Don’t waste your time and he took my husband’s battery and has not brought it back for almost four days now

This was truly a nightmare! I unfortunately decided to book this company in July of this year. I was told that I needed a new battery, a starter and eventually a radiator. I paid for just the battery and the starter because I did not trust what Jah was explaining to me. I received the quote and invoices via email of the service that would be done. I was expecting that the owner, Jah, would be the person who does the repairs but you will be greeted by a bunch of guys in his van which can be a lil scary. At the end, Jah explained to me that the battery has a warranty and if I had any issues, that he would fix/replace. THAT WAS A LIE. In September, after coming back from a random trip, my car would not start. I reached out to Jah and of course, he does not respond. I then, had to call another mechanic (luckily this is a family friend) and he told me the bad news. First, the battery that was installed was not new, but very used and starter that was place in my car was cheap. I immediately called Jah and also send several text messages to 1. Provide the warranty info if I need to replace the battery myself or 2. Have him come and fix the issue since I am under warranty. Or 3. I replace the battery and he will then reimburse me since I am still under warranty. He responds back via text "during the week I'll reach out". What kind of response is that? Now there is a back and forth of requests from me and excuses from him to replace my battery. On top of that I now am financially draining myself to commute around time. It's now THREE WEEKS! And finally he says that he will come and replace the battery. YALL. I receive a text from him saying that his car broke down. How does a mechanic even have those issues??? At the end. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! You will be paying more than if you just went to an authentic place! Also some fun facts: this company keeps changing their name to reset their Google/yelp reviews so be cautious. Also, this company is a DBA for an incorporation called " Juniors Mobile Mechanic Services" and lastly, they are not licensed, insured nor do they pay their employees!

Today they came and fixed my thermostat and water cooler outlet on my 2011 Mazda 3i, I want everyone to know how affordable the price was first, 2nd how reliable they were with time and showing up when they said they would, and lastly how kind and polite they were. Jah saved our lives! I popped out the cv axle on our 08 Corolla changing the rotors and he came within the hour on a Thursday evening. He also had time to diagnose and pickup new calipers. Reinstalled rotors, pads, and bled the brakes, even took me for a test drive to verify that everything was working properly. He was so kind and answers all my questions. Definitely recommend. Made an appointment early this morning for an emergency. Never thought I'd get a mechanic to come to my home that fast as they did. Diagnosed the real issue when I was assuming it's something else. Affordable price for parts and labor. Made the payment, they came back with parts and just like that.
