Brakes started grinding. Pulled in to check them, Saturday evening at that. Needed pads, gave quote for all fours and rotors. Couldn't resist the price, the availability... Completed as started on time and for price. Thx.

I went to this repair shop to have my spindle repaired. The mechanic (jamaican/carribean descent with dreads) said I needed brakes also, though my car indicated no signs of needing brakes before bringing it to this shop. Once the mechanic began working on my car, he told the owner I also needed an axle. I became upset as it was not a part of the original quote and and expressed concern regarding what they originally said I needed. I told the owner to hold off on doing the brake pads since I now needed an axle. The mechanic was upset with me for canceling the brake job and purposefully tampered with my brakes. When he finished with the wheel job, I got in the car and the pedal immediately went to the floor when it had pressure, was working fine and normally before taking my car to this shop. I immediately brought it back in and told the owner the pedal was going to the floor. I specifically told the owner that I did not want the same mechanic working on my car who messed the brakes up in the first place causing the pedal to go to the floor. Meanwhile I could overhear the jamaican/Caribbean descent mechanic saying sarcastically to someone and repeating, "Next time I'll keep my mouth shut." The owner allowed the same person who messed the brakes up to "repair" the problem. He laughed and lied saying it was coming from the right side of the car (he worked on the left front wheel). He bleed the brakes and it was still not getting pressure in the pedal. The supervisor Carlos stated something was indeed wrong with the brake pedal going to the floor. They continually bleed the brake system and got the pressure up just enough to get me to leave. By the time I drove home, 20 minutes later, the pedal was still going to the floor and it was dangerous for me to drive. This mechanic shop maliciously put my life at risk as well as the lives of others driving and pedestrians who have a tendency to walk in front of moving cars. I took my car to two different mechanic shops after this shop - two very reputable shops - and they said the master cylinder was messed up and needed to be replaced. I did not even tell the third repair shop what all happen, just said the brake pedal was going to the floor and he could tell the first repair shop bleed the brakes. He said when they bleed it, too much air was let in and it blew the master cylinder. I had to pay an additional $300 to get it fixed. I approached this repair shop and told them I had to repair a problem they created. The owner was very argumentative towards me and took absolutely no responsibility. Said they never touched the brakes or anything to do with the brakes though that is a lie; they bleed the brake system several times and who knows what the first mechanic (mentioned above) did to mess it up in the first place. And what's even more, other two repair shops told me I did not even need brake pads, though this mechanic shop said I did. This mechanic shop is very dishonest, will sell you services you do not need and will intentionally damage your car, causing you to need to repair something that was not even broken before you came. This mechanic shop is most drivers worst fears and the reason many people have a distrust in mechanics. I ended up going to Repair on Wheels (check their many great reviews) to repair the problem this mechanic shop created. I recommend staying away from this repair shop and putting your car in the hands of mechanics you will be able to trust. You will not find honest mechanics here. This repair shop will take no responsibility or care for your vehicle.

came in for New York State car inspection 20 minutes inspection and finally checked windshield wipers and it was like new but they failed me claiming I need to buy from them new ones I have it all on video showing the glass clear as Chrystal they didn't give me a failed receipt just asked me either buy new from them or leave the shop, I left and drove one block to auto zone and the guy told me my wipers are 100% fine. Then drove one more block and got my inspection done at another shop showing them my perfect wipers.

Staffs are not nice very bad communication. They will do one time business with outsiders of New York if they understand. It was on 4th July Holiday my car got a problem with steering wheel. Service 75$+ parts I need to provide. I told them please manage everything by yourself because it is new area for me as I am from Philadelphia. How much should I pay tell me. He said I must provide the parts. But I had to waste almost 1 hour to receive the Parts name where as I was the only customer then. Then after searching here and there I could not manage and for holiday many place was closed. I go to the person with one local guy and he managed the owner to manage the parts which is usually $30 he charged $100. $175 he charged for that and wasted my time from morning 9.00 to after noon 3:00pm where as I was the first customer and garage was not busy also. Bad behavior of the owner.

Owner ordered the parts then overcharged me for them nd added labor. I didn't even argue the price. I just paid it. Wasn't till after I did the research nd was so upset of the price of the parts. Always buy your Own Parts from now on I will do just that.

The worst service i’ve ever been. I trusted easy oil change but they failed it. I don’t recommend to go there, only if you want to get your car broken and dirty “Master” doesn’t know how to check oil level and master filled all oil that i gave to master, and now engine is overfilled with oil, master checks oil level using dirty rag immediately after pouring not waiting for oil comes down to crankcase. When i check oil level it was more than maximum but master said it’s okay😄 i hope nobody’s car will hurt in this auto shop.
