Great place to take you’re car and smog. The employees here are easy to talk to and respectful. I recommend best value if you had bad experiences in this field of automotive mechanic work or smog, the personnel at best value can turn that around. Purchasing items for $800 dollars off EBAY and having them shipped to their shop. Once the parts are delivered they are filing a charge back payment dispute stating they never ordered it.

I am so happy to review this place!! The level of good customer service here is amazing! Rudy is so professional and helpful ...my only regret was to try another smog place before this one...the other place was so unprofessional and had a rude customer service rep.. What a nightmare... Arrived while Rudy was in the middle of helping another customer. He politely greeted me and directed me to his stylish waiting area. Watched him work fast, all the while attentively welcoming other customers who arrived. My total time spent there was 20 minutes. Great customer service and fair prices. Lower than several other places I contacted in surrounding area, as I came from La Quinta. Will come again.

Thank you, to Best Value Smog and the employees for the prior repairs on my Witten which is a Chevy Equinox, fuel tank sensor, motor mounts, they also tepaired my youngest sons toyota corolla. They were friendly and very quick. The only thing that would have made me give it a 5 star rating would have been if they had seating while waiting. They didn't even have a plastic chair. Look for the banners that say smog, as you can see the address is not complete on the building.

SCAMMERS - Many other shops that are worth your time and trust, please avoid this shop… they are dishonest people. Before going to them I removed my entire door panel to have them see if they could help me identify a rattling noise from the window. Not only did they make it 10x worse, they then charged me for it after admitting to not being able to find the source of the problem. Super disappointing and just immoral. If you are looking for a good shop check online on Reddit or other sources for recommendations, this place is a no-go!
