worst customer service.....paid 160 $ and recieved uncompatible aftermarket glass does not move up ...called customer service next day want charge me 65 $ to take the gass and return...no warrnety....no custmer servicec...very rude lady on the phone does not support customers...buyer be careful

Don’t bother calling this place! I called and made an appt They gave me a 3hr window; never showed never called me. I called and they said, sorry we couldn’t get your windshield. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! At least call people to let them know you’re not keeping the appointment. I’d give this place ZERO stars!!!!

WORST.COMPANY.EVER. Do NOT use these people!! They made and appointment for me - after waiting an hour and a half (the appointment is a 2 hour window) I called - they had me down for another time. Ok, fine, people make mistakes. So I made another appointment on another day. The appointment was from 8-10 am. At 8:45 the guy calls to say: “the line at the gate to the country club is too long and I have other appointments so we will have to reschedule.” What? They knew it was a country club ... the “long line” takes about 5 mins to get through. If you like making appointments for the sake a making appointments and don’t care if you actually receive the service you are scheduled to receive - CALL THESE GUYS!!

We are from Washington and were traveling through the area with our RV when we got hit by a rock which cracked our Ford F-150 windshield. We found a place to stay for the night, called our auto insurance company and got connected with Express Auto Glass. We had an appointment the next morning for a windshield replacement. I highly recommend Express Auto Glass; I called Monday and spoke with Dolores, who is personable, professional, and went above and beyond to help my son, (who is serving active duty in the military), to get his windshield replaced in a hurry, because he needs to be up in Homer, Alaska for his new assignment by early July. Dolores was so kind and understanding; she worked it out for my son to come by the next day and that she would squeeze him in between 11-1pm, (it seems that someone was willing to work through lunch to help my son - that's amazing customer service and support); however, Dolores went above and beyond and arranged for the windshield to be repaired at our home bright and early the very next morning, which is today. Felipe, the technician, who came to replace the windshield, was prompt, highly skilled, and fast! The entire experience was great!

Express Auto Glass was recommended by Autobahn Garage in Indio (another great local business, btw). I spoke with with Delores who was great at explaining my options when I needed to replace the windshield on my 2014 BMW 535. She was very friendly on the phone and she called me 30 minutes before Felipe and Adrian arrived at my house to do the work. Felipe and Adrian were friendly and professional, on time, and got the work done in less than an hour. They gave clear instructions on how to care for my new windshield and furnished me with a written receipt. Everyone was great from start to finish and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone!
