Took car in to mount tires and when they pull my vehicle out they had broken my mirror. They said they didn't do it and so there was nothing they were going to do about it. Filed police report and now will have to take them to court. Lost loyal customer/referrals from me

I went in at 945am on a Friday morning. Showed the owner (I think) what I wanted installed (billet aluminum) aftermarket tie rod sleeves + alignment. I was out of there by 1045am - 1050am if that. I watched them install from their lobby. During alignment process, they drove it twice to ensure it was aligned properly (great seeing them check it twice) instead of just sending it out as "done". One down side was I didn't get a printed report of before and after alignment spec sheet. He said his machine was broken. Would like to see that working next time I go back for another alignment 👍🏻👍🏻

I purchased a lift 1 1/2 years ago. Picked up my truck and my dashboard sensors were on showing a problem. He could not fix said it was my problem. I went and had it fixed,it was a wire cut due to the lift $1400 dollars. I went back and he said he would honor it with some new tires when i needed them. Well today was the day for new tires. He said he ordered them,i waited in his reception area for 2 hours no truck no tires. And no solution. This is a company with no integrity and i will be seeing him in court.

Took my 2002 chevy silverado in for a left kit tires and wheels. Junior and the crew where very professional and explained everything about the left kit installation they really did an awesome job the truck came out better than I expected. The best alignment and lift kits. Had my 1996 f150 OBS aligned, new tires and Rough Country Level kit installed. Old truck but, they got the job done. Far exceeded my expectations in pricing, quality of workmanship, and promised completion date. Awesome and honest shop. Highly recommend.
