⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can’t say enough good things about Universal Brake & Alignment! I’ve been coming here to get my alignments done, and they’ve always been super reliable, honest, and affordable. Earlier today, I called after hearing a weird noise while reversing and noticed my plastic fender was coming loose. I called them and within 15 minutes of arriving, Abel had already lifted my car and taken care of it—quick, professional, and kind! That’s the kind of great service you don’t find everywhere. Highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for trustworthy and efficient car care!

I'm still waiting on that invoice of the water pump replacement able you only gave me a printout of half of what I paid only because you said your computer system went out that is a lie. My car is still not fix I have not been able to fix it I can't affor another major repair of an air compressor you guys did the damage when you replaced the water pump and guess what I found that invoice of what you over charged me. I'm requesting a refund the half of what you charged me! I thought you were an honest place actually Javier was the one that made the sell. Have any of you customers made a claim about any repairs not being repaired or repaired being over charged maybe we should let the news media investigate instead

Went and got an alignment done because I just got my shocks changed and needed to get a alignment right after.I had to take my car the next day to get a oil change at Honda and the alignment scanner failed meaning the alignment needed to be done. I Called them about my issue. They did not want to refund my money even though I had proof that the alignment failed and they didn’t want to work on my car until 4 to 5 days later. Bad customer service, and bad management.

These guys gave me a quote price for a simple alignment then when I drove over there they doubled it so I left. I saw your response to my review and I’ve never heard of such a thing another shop did it for 99$ walk in no problem. Wanting to double the price for no reason is crazy. Best to you though

I highly recommend this professional & expert team at universal brakes & alignment! They took me in as a walk in and quickly serviced my vehicle while in town. Provided me with a very reasonable price to change my oil and after months of trying to identify a sound coming from my car, showed me where and what it was coming from and gave me a reasonable quote to perform work on my catalytic converter. The best price out of 3 shops I took it to. I trust them to work on my car.
