I had a blowout on my trailer while it was loaded down with 18,000lbs of axels and I called several different shops and went in to 3 different tire places and none of them had a jack big enough to lift my trailer and all that weight. After 3 hours I found this place and they had me in there and changed the tire in 15 minutes. They did such a good job, we decided to get new drive tires on the f450. Would highly recommend for all your tire needs. If they don't have your specific tire, they will go buy it for you!!

I came to this place to get my transmission rebuilt, they said it would be done in 1 week!!! 4 months later with them redoing the transmission 3 multiple times because they didn't take the time to do it properly, I also asked to have my battery replaced while it sat there.... they replaced it with a smaller battery than my Silverado could handle so that lasted about 1yr. .I recently went to get a smog and all kinds of codes popped up from the diagnostic so I took it back to all star wheels and tires to run a diagnostic test and they told me do it is the next morning, I came back next morning 8am and drove by twice that day and noticed it hadn't been moved so I call at the end of the day because of course they don't ever call back and update you... and they had me on hold trying to see " how my truck was doing" they never touched it I bet. So he tells me to bring it back after the weekend and he'll take care of it and of course Monday rolls around and I'm calling him and no answer, than he has someone else tell me he's busy and undermanned and to come back tomorrow. People I've talked to, Sal, Julio .I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND this place

Car was returned super quick a little too quick it seems it was without a part that was paid to be replaced and was sold a faulty tire and wheel. We’ve been waiting over a week for a call back and not a word will definitely not be going back or recommending this place to anyone unfortunately. Save your time and money and go somewhere with a better reputation and more honest staff.

I use to get tires from these guys because they had reasonable prices. Then I made a mistake and purchased a vehicle from them. I was in a situation where I needed a vehicle so my fiance could get to and from work. I paid 5500.00 and the vehicle lasted 3weeks before throwing a rod on the freeway. They said they would make things right giving me promise after promise and just strung me along now they have the vehicle and say they don't have it anymore. I'm a older disabled lady who has a limited income and live out in a rural part of imperial County. These guys took advantage of me. They put a bad name on businesses.

This place has competitive prices and great customer service, though not all their mechanics are specialists on lift installation. The managers are very helpful and knowledgeable, but the installers are questionable.. if you want someone to treat your vehicle with care and expect to have the same parts as when you bring it in, pay the extra and go somewhere else.

Pretty interesting situation, drove all the way from Twentynine Palms to Have 35s mounted, no idea the inner tire was touching the steering knuckle, I started driving around for less then 2 mins and it starts smoking from the tire rubbing against the knuckle, so I go back and they say something about the offset being just a hair off, that's cool whatever, but why didn't anybody catch that after they got the tires on, he hesitated to make it right, I still had to pay 20 dollars for two spacers, even tho they f'd up pretty royally, I'm a really nice guy and I'm super patient, but I have a 3 month old son now and stuff like this is unacceptable, when you play with my safety like that, its hard as hellto have respect for yall, whatever comes from this, comes from this 🤷🏾♂️ hopefully nobody is driving from a far to come here, not worth it, all around horrible experience.

I can not say enough good things about the service and speed of which this place operates. I thought we would have difficulty getting a replacement tie and wheel for an enclosed car hauler. Not only did they have the correct size of tire and rim, but they also had rim options of color and style. Unfortunately, the rims with style did not work with my lug wrench from my vehicle, which is all I had available with me to use. Once I was able to get back to the trailer 22 minutes east on I10, I called them and they switched everything over to what I needed without question or charge. The most impressive part though is we had to go twice since I didn't have a tire to bring with us, but we were there for minutes each visit. Fast, and polite seems to be there policy. Thank you again for your service today.

1 star is too good of a rating for this place. I tried calling to see if they could do some work to my car and got no answer so I decided to drive there and ask them. I went inside the front counter and waited 20 mins. No one ever came out. I asked one of the mechanics if someone could help me and he said I’ll get someone and no one ever came. Either they don’t know how to manage and schedule their work or they simply don’t care about their customers. I will never come back here again.

Took my car here to get some new tires and left with a dented trunk. After bringing it up to the owner/manager or whatever he claimed he was he continued to deny it happened on his property. And it just so happened that the cameras "didn't work" so they were not willing to go back on the cameras to check. All he did was give excuses and did not own up to his mistakes. I have over 15 minutes of him on video going back and forth with us about how the dent wasn’t his fault. And now I'm left with a dented trunk and no solution to fix it. This place is a scam

I got a fly tire on my rental way out in the desert and had to drive 40 miles down I10 at 45 miles an hour to Indio to All Star Wheels and Tires. They had me back rolling with a new tire in about an hours time and it was smooth and professional. Outstanding service!
