First time I went in here the staff looked at me as I walk through with no greeting then sat there and continue to talk for 5 minutes before addressing me.... The second time I went in here I was immediately greeted and helped the younger guys didn't seem to really know what they were talking about but the manager and the older gentleman definitely were willing to help and give any advice that they knew of even suggested another store for me to go to to check for the part I needed

Great and quick service. Juan (or was it Jose.? Sorry I'm forgetful with names) changed my car's battery real quick compared to the Pep Boys down the road that would have taken all day. Life saver because I had to replace the battery before driving back home the same day

Oreilys sucks ,they never answer their phone and the workers always seem to be wondering around when customers are waiting in line

After having been a long time, customer of the O’Reilly store in Indio, I won’t be going back. I recently purchased a battery charger, which I did not end up needing. When I returned it unopened just 8 days later, I was met with a lot of pushback and a bad attitude by Abram the counter clerk. He said that I needed to return it within a couple of days. He said “we don’t rent these so you need to return them right away”. When I challenged him on the return policy, he backed down, but said he’ll do it for me one time. Well there won’t be a next time. I’ll be going to AutoZone from now on.

Excellent and quick service. Stocked. Had just left AutoZone, in La Quinta, that was ten minutes away because I felt, as a woman, the salesperson was trying to take advantage of the pricing with me for windshield wipers. Came to O'Reilly's and Elaine and Eric gave me superb service! Great location!!!

I stopped here to get windshield wipers for a 2007 Porsche Boxster and get them installed. Eric, who was working behind the counter, looked up the part and got them for me. I then ask if he’d install them since they advertised free installation on most models. Eric walked out with me and looked at the ones that were on the car. Said no, he couldn’t do these and pointed out a round grommet like pin that prevented him from removing the old wipers. And I’d have to take the car to a Porsche dealership. This pin looked like all it was doing was holding the wiper together and had nothing to do with removing the wiper. He went back inside. I googled how to change a Porsche wiper, watched a YouTube video and 30 seconds had the both removed. I took them back in and showed Eric that to remove the wiper had a simple mechanism that I squeezed and it came off. I asked him for help to install the two new ones. He said well I knew how to do it so I could put them on. I’m 72 yo and have undergone PT for my shoulder. It’s difficult for me to reach over the fenders and lean over the hood then try to install the wipers. I said so you can’t help me with the free install? He hemmed and hawed a few more seconds and then must have seen the look on my face. Then says I guess I can help, all of a sudden trying to be helpful. I told him no, thanked him and left. Got home, opened the packaging. Took out the instructions and had them both installed in less than 2 minutes. Zero stars for Eric. Lousy customer service, no initiative, lacks product knowledge and professionalism.

This store has been exceptional place as of late better than autozone. More friendly, more clean, more information is given to you. As you are looking or trying to find out what is wrong with your vehicle, they have a very nice check your light in your car protocol, which is really efficient convenient as well for both you and them, since they're some of the parts. But overall, their parts are made pretty well. And this customer service is always well educated, and you usually walk out with what you need and nothing more, which is always plus. People usually think of O'reilly's being more expensive than auto parts. And that may be the case in just a few dollars here and there. But when it comes to saving time, because you actually walked out with the right part, the first time, it actually turns out to be a little cheaper and less of a headache

I visited the O’Reilly Auto Parts in Indio for the first time and had one of the worst customer service experiences ever, thanks to their employees: Abram and another young employee. I walked in needing help, and instead of assisting me, Abram completely ignored me. He acted like I wasn’t even there and left me wandering around the store. To make matters worse, he started speaking in English with another employee, assuming I didn’t understand the language — which is both insulting and unprofessional. I started talking in English to the other employee and he also just ignored me. I don’t know if it was laziness, arrogance, or just plain rudeness, but it was clear that both had no intention of helping me. I left extremely disappointed and will never return to this location. If this is how they treat first-time customers, I can only imagine how they treat everyone else. Do better, O’Reilly. If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience at the O’Reilly Auto Parts in Indio was beyond disappointing — it was downright insulting. I came in as a first-time customer looking for help, and instead of being greeted with basic courtesy, I was met with complete disregard by Abram and another that I wasn’t able to catch his name. This type of behavior is unacceptable in any business, let alone a store that claims to care about customer service. Abram clearly doesn’t belong in a customer-facing job. If this is the kind of treatment O’Reilly condones, then I’ll gladly take my business elsewhere — and I’ll be warning everyone I know to do the same.

I've been a loyal customer at Oreillys auto parts for many years but I've noticed their customer's service is terrible lately. I recently stopped by at my local Oreillys for an auto battery and miscellaneous items and they had an attitude assisting me with finding those items. Im not one to leave reviews good or bad, I just don't bother with those things but this recent experience led me to post a review. I can't speak for all of the Oreillys stores but it's time to move on to another autoparts store.

These guys are first rate! Very helpful! I had to replace both batteries in my Mercedes SL500 and these guys really took care of me. The batteries were still under warranty and it didn't cost me a thing. They removed the old and replaced with new right there on the spot and I was on my way! Very refreshing to have quick, reliable service and be back in the road in no time at all! Thanks O'Reilly Auto Parts!

Staff and main manager are quick to judge a book by it's cover, I'm confused as in why. I'm polite and even when accused,I continue to kill them with kindness. I continue shopping and putting up with ther unprofessionalism because it's where my boss has his account and driving distance convince
