Wonderful folks. Quick service, the mechanic literally walked out and reattached my fender skirt as I stood there. 😁 Update: Beware of $$$$ pricing. I just had to pay $200 for 15 minutes of work. Yes I agreed that it would be $200, as they made it sound like they would need to keep it for some time to fix it. But the mechanic walked out and fixed in literally 15 minutes. And he had to walk back in once for a screw driver and once for another screw I was missing. I feel taken, badly. I asked for a price adjustment and was told "that is the price you agreed to".

OMG this place is amazing. I have taken other cars to Auto Body Shops in Beverly Hills and they didn't do as good a job. Outstanding results, and the people are so nice to work with. Don't hesitate to take your car to Cali Collision.

I was side swiped by a distracted driver on the freeway. After looking for a collision shop on my own, I picked Cali Collision and I am very glad I decided on them. If I can rate more stars I would. Cali collision have the most humble customer service especially Jonathan. Someone hit our Toyota Camry and left it so damaged. Cali Collision fixed everything that was wrong with it. OUR CAR LOOKS NEW NEW!! We’ll definitely go to them for future repairs. Someone rear-ended me I called Cali Collisions and they help right away if you need anything fixed with your car, if your car has been in a accident, Cali Collisions is a place to go everyone is very nice. The boss is amazing.

I highly recommend this shop. I was hesitant, prior experiences from other local shops made me doubtful and cautious. After getting 4 quotes I decided on Cali Collision. After doing some shopping around. A friend recommended me to Cali Collision and I did not go wrong! They were prompt, professional, and did amazing work on my vehicle. My car was vandalized while parked at a family members house and got it back looking fresh and clean!!! Hoping I will not need vehicle repair any time soon. Do not hesitate to work with Cali Collision. I put a dent in my friends car, minor misunderstanding with the security gate at the resort. Johnathon and Laura were awesome to work with. The project was small but they still did it in less than 3 full days. The work is perfect, the paint match was hard to tell from original (and metallic silver is not easy). I fully recommend this business. Nice people, great work, faster than expected, reasonable pricing..... what’s not to like. Thank you Cali Collision!

I was driving through a parking lot and a couple of seconds of not paying attention I slammed my Ford Expedition into a concrete pillar. I destroyed the front driver side of the vehicle and my insurance company said we could total it. I really love my car and it would’ve been hard to replace it, so I went ahead and had Cali collision take on the job. It was so badly damaged, I was wondering if I made the right decision, and if the car would ever be the same. Jonathan, the owner assured me he could get it done. He and his team did an amazing job! I thought for sure something would feel funny or it would drive differently, but it drives perfectly. You can’t even tell it had been in a wreck. I wish I could post before and after pictures here. Since my accident, I already referred one person to him and they were very happy with their work also. From now on the only body shop I will recommend is Cali Collision!

I can't overstate how awesome the service was. All of the staff and management were courteous, professional, and straightforward. They were very thorough in assessing my vehicle, timely with notifying when parts came in and when the car was ready, and the end result was perfect. On top of that, they cleaned and detailed the car. A+ service from a Conway that treats you like more than just a number. I highly recommend giving them a shot.

I just wanted to say I had a fantastic experience with Cali Collision. First off Jonathan and the staff were extremely communicative and attentive during the process, detailing each step of the repair asking me important questions and answering any questions I had. They were very professional and welcoming in all my interactions with them. Next the quality of work was astounding! It was as if nothing ever happened to my car. My car feels better to drive and most importantly I feel safe in it. I understand many people have had poor experiences with various aspects of the car industry but I can honestly say Cali Collision exceeded all my expectations and I have no doubt they'll take care of you like they did for me.
