Not impressed with the service department. They can't get the A/C to cool properly. Keep saying if I bought the car from them the service would cost less. Since they didn't have any cars when I bought this one that is a stupid statement!

Made an appointment to get an oil change on May 24/24 was quoted $69.00 then was charged $85.00, JESUS RUBIO thought Canadians didn’t know about taxes in California the taxes were $3.93 and he was going to pocket $12.07 - this is not his first time doing this to customers and trying to sell them unnecessary things for your vehicle needed the following on a brand new vehicle ‘new tires. New tire rotation, new transmission fluid and new brake fluid.’ From the random numbers he gathered of 013679 - do not go to this business

Had to leave this place I wouldn't recommend going back one of your guys that tried swapping cars for my wife George found out they started talking and texting each other so I wouldn't recommend going back I thought you could change your guys to be professional but that's not being professional

Called to make a Service appt. Was given a date that was a week later. Wait time was somewhat longer then expected. As in previous service appts I was always given a courtesy car wash, not this time. Spent time with sales assistant, sales agent and sales manager. All where new at this at the dealership. It was apparent they where all training and learning together. Was surprised when I ask what did "H" in the 2022 HR-V meant. Didn't get an answer. Sales Assistant stated she did not know. The staff very pleasant.

The car sales people were nice but the mechanic side was the exact opposite. This was a experience I never want to have again. Below sub par service blatant theft from mechanics I got there around 9:30 in the morning and they just diagnosed it right before closing on Saturday at 3. They asked for me to keep it till they know more. I went to grab stuff out of the car I needed and realized 4$ was missing and a mask/face covering. Even one of the sales people was wondering why I was still there by the end of the day. All I heard all day was "wait a little longer". Don't go here if you don't have a honda membership

We are a Honda family originating back to the 1980's. Our children were given their first Honda on learning to drive. We trust Honda's products. The cars provide safety and dependability therefore providing the peace of mind that all are safe. I can't say enough about the different departments and the staff. We have always been treated with such care and warmth, starting with the first person who greets you. Throughout the visit everyone you encounter has a smile and offers their help and suggestions. You are personally walked to the department you are visiting and introduced to someone that will assist you. Your opinion and questions are immediately addressed. We love the fact that our comfort while at the dealership is important by being provided with water, tea, and coffee. Exceptionally clean and sanitized restrooms are available, always. I made an appointment last week for my car to get checked for really severe static noise coming from my car speakers when radio is off and no phone connection. Can't turn off. I arrived for my car appointment a little early and approached service desk. No one ever greeted me and acknowledged I was there . I waited patiently till others ahead of me were done. I expected someone to say hello or goodmourning but nothing. The service person directly in front of me then took a phone call for some parts order so I left. As I was leaving I asked a person fron honda where do I go for my service appointment and he said I have to wait in line outside with all the other cars like I did last week when I brought in my car to make appointment. He didn't care so I left . I don't think this is a good place to bring any car. Too busy to care ?

5 hours for an oil change & diagnostic & Inspection that should only take 30 mins, they overfilled it with oil, said they were going to wash it, didn't. Paid for butler service but it never gets cleaned not a single time I have been there. Update, after my diagnostic and approval from Honda, they back tracked the warranty repair because a Dash Cam cable was installed that is not in the way of anything. Nothing was added or removed since the diagnostic. I even asked how much it would be out of warranty as I don't want to buy another car from these people ever again, but their rep kept talking about other crap and excuses. He hanged up. I was a bit rude but who is not when they are told something and had it verified only for them to backtrack? Magnuson Moss Warranty Act. (DashCam Cable doesn't VOID ANYTHING)

I brought my Honda on March 2024 and was super fast, but now I left my car for service for the first time and tried to call for more than 3 hours to figure out if my car was ready but nobody answered. I had to come directly to find out and took more than 1 hour to give me my car. Poor service at service department.

Well, I must say the service department there are liars when they schedule you for service. They have the car all day. They don’t even touch the car and they make my wife wait 20 minutes just to find that out and then it’s a big deal for them to give a car overnight in that situation. This is a lease and I will be happy that the last day of this lease when I turn this car back in, I will really like the car, but I absolutely hate this dealership and will never do business with them again. As a result, we will miss a scheduled event at the living desert for their holiday lights program. And due to the unwillingness to fess up immediately, when my wife called about picking up the car that meant we went over on our time at our dog daycare so all told this is cost me about $50 just in Excess expense because of their lies. Had a last minute problem with my car that needed service. I spoke with Benjamin Sanchez that said the next appointment wouldn’t be until two weeks out. He went above and beyond to ask the technicians if they could squeeze me in and they said yes. I only wait an hour and a half, compared to 3+ hour visits at other Honda dealerships. Benjamin is a true professional and his customer service is excellent. I could not give him enough praise and I will make Unicars my go to Honda dealership in the future
