I ask them to put coilovers and leave the height all the way up, they damaged one coilover and ask me to get the part. I got the part and they still lowered my car. I went back for them to raise it, but they didn't raise it all the way which I had told them to do 3 times, and charged me $85. I went back and they finally raised the car, but when I got home I realized the had broken 2 wheel studs and I was driving with only 3. I wouldnt recomend any mechanic or tire shop in Coachella or Indio, they are all horrible.

I don’t care about the money I care about the job getting done right, You can’t ever seem to get an honest answer. Technicians are always out to lunch when you need them, phones are never answered. The cars don’t seem to get fixed for that they originally got taken in for. We take our cars to a shop to get fixed not to get returned with the same issues. Very disappointed with Oscar and the crew.

We just moved to the valley and had been looking for a 4x4/auto shop for a while. After talking to a few other shops, we decided to take our 97 jeep TJ here and they have been great, from help us with check engine lights to planning our buildup of Jeep. So that it is done the right way! I cant say enough about them! They are the best in the valley hands down!

too many bad experiences, one of them was that i had my 08 wrangler lifted there with a kit oscar recommended. i took his advice and it ended up being a cheap lift, also with the money i got charged, i could have gotten one of the top quality lifts.

Had them do some work on my vehicle about a month ago which included an alignment. After the work was done I noticed my steering wheel was turned to the left and when I tried to bring back in was told they couldn’t get it in till the end of the day. I asked the lady at the front if I can come back tomorrow and if I called in advance if it would be possible for them to hold me a space since I can only go in on my lunch. She said yes I called the following day, said they were open and to come on in. I made the drive from Thousand Palms to find out that they were not open and I could only drop off (I just got off the phone 20-25 minutes prior). They told me they were sorry for the mix up and that they would actually put me on the schedule for the next day. I then started the drive assuming they were actually going to put me on the schedule as I was told only for her to tell me they don’t do that for alignments. Needless to say if you want work done with no warranty or a shop that can’t stand behind their work, this is the place to come.

Could not be happier with my experience with Competition Tire & Wheels. We had some renters out in our Gladiator and the tires were wearing badly. I called Competition to see how quickly they could get us up with a new set, and they were able to turn us around in a day. This was huge! But not only this, they spotted several issues that had been troubling our rig and fixed them with the purchased alignment package, as well as offered a few observations we could act on to further improve our performance. (None of which had been caught or corrected by our local Jeep dealer.) The Jeep has never run better. Issues that had been eluding us are gone. All smooth sailing. Our renters were floored at the level of service, and so were my business partner and I. Thank you, Competition. Your level of professionalism and service are second to none.
