I had one of my trucks at 25% derate. Called Tony at 10pm on a Friday and he was there within 90 min. Used his Scan tool to force a regen. It took over an hour to regen, but when finished, the trucks codes were cleared and ready to roll. I really appreciate his clam demeanor over the phone and thorough resolve of the issue. He saved us at least 3-4 days waiting for a dealer to resolve. Thanks Tony! I'll keep your number handy for the next truck in the area.

We were on our way to Parker, Arizona river coming from the California side and our truck broke down in the middle of the desert. It was over 100 degrees outside and other services like AAA was going to take over 1 1/2 hours and only able to tow us to the nearest shop. So we called Tony and he arrived less than 20 minutes from us calling him. He arrived with all the tools and parts to get the repair done to get us back on the road. I would highly recommend this company as they are a 24 hour mobile road side mechanic. He saved us a lot of money and time. His company and services are greatly appreciated. He was professional, family friendly and polite.

Great and amazing service. My rig was heating up and come to find out I needed a new radiator and first person I call was "Superior truck and auto" they showed up quick and replaced it with a new one. Also, I needed a few other things on my rig engine and luckily they were able to do it as well. Im really appreciative to have had them show up and I've dealt with mobile mechanics and this company was the only one that I've dealt with that know what they are doing.

Tony and team at Superior Truck and Auto Roadside Service and Tire Repair, deserve much more respect than a 2 -month-late review. Tony was respectful and patient listening to my description of the problem, very thorough in explaining his estimate, and in making sure that my confidence in needing JUST the radiator replaced and coolant added, was accurate. He wisely explained what should be obvious and understood…. His estimate was for the work and parts I suggested was needed, and if after he arrived and found anything additional was needed, he would provide an update of any additional cost. It was 110 degrees at the onramp I was stuck at, and my wife and I were both suffering from a morning of either food poisoning or stomach flu, so we were thankful Tony arrived within his ETA. Despite the heat, Tony’s earlier respect and compassion remained after his arrival. I know enough to return that respect by letting them work and felt confident in returning to the cool 85 degree travel trailer I was lucky to be towing. Checking in to offer water or anything else they needed, they were nearly complete, and neither of them were sweating. Before I knew it they were done with the work, and the remainder of the drive the truck ran cooler than it had since I bought it. All in all my experience was far better than I expected, and though roadside repair is always costly, I felt it was more than fair, given I was confident the work was done by a professional mechanic, and an honest man. Can't express enough how grateful we are for Tony & Troy from Superior Truck & Auto. Today, we were about 15 minutes out of town when our Chevy G20 Van decided to give up on us, leaving us stranded on the side of the road. Thankfully, Tony & Troy came to the rescue. They were not only incredibly quick but also super patient & informative, taking the time to explain what went wrong & even suggesting future maintenance tips to keep our old beauty running smoothly. In just over an hour, they had replaced the ignition coil, ignition control module, & a few other bits, & we were back on the road. As an Aussie traveling across the USA, I’ve unfortunately come across a fair share of dishonest service people, but these guys were nothing like that. They were genuine & made sure we were taken care of without any extra charges. If you're ever in need of a trustworthy mechanic (or knights in a roadside mechanic truck), Tony & Troy are your guys. Juan and the team did an amazing job making sure we could get back on the road. Our GPS had taken us a particularly crazy route to Indio and we had fried our brakes along with the rear calipers. We had less than a week in the area and over the course of 3 days they diagnosed the work at our site, replaced the front pads, discovered the rear caliper issue (we have duallies in back), tracked down the manufacturer part to be overnighted and had everything installed and fixed by the end of day 3. Really helpful guys, friendly and efficient. We drove out with zero issues so far. A huge thank you to Juan for making what was a crazy stressful event manageable- and all from the comfort of our campsite.
