This was hands down one of the best experiences I've ever had with an auto body shop. A tree branch got wedged in my frame and decimated my front bumper, undercarriage, and wheel well. The plastic got bent, making our car a hazard to drive. I had just moved into town and didn't have a go-to mechanic, so I requested a quote from a few places, and Russ was the first to reply (within a few hours). He not only offered me a fair price and agreed to have the work completed within two days, he also picked up the car from our house and dropped it back off to us. The repair work he did was top-notch, and he stayed in constant contact with us throughout, sending pics and asking questions as needed. It gives me great comfort to know that there are honest, reliable, trustworthy business owners like Russ out there, going above and beyond in order to get the job done. Will gladly give People's Choice all of my car repair business from here on out.

I rarely write reviews but I recommend Peoples Choice Auto Expert body shop in Indio CA and it’s owner Russell Velletti. I was in an accident in my pickup truck near Bombay Beach CA. There was severe damage to the rear cab pillar of the truck. I like the truck and plan to keep it so I wanted it repaired correctly and returned to its pre-accident condition. I knew the repair would be difficult because the structural integrity of the cab had been compromised. I live in Washington State and had no knowledge of good body shops in the area. I called over 10 body shops who had positive reviews and talked with each of them to assess whether or not I thought they had the knowledge and skill to do a good job with the repair. Russell was the only one who not only took the time to talk with me but could speak knowledgeably about the repair. Russell did an excellent job with the repair. I can’t even tell the truck was damaged. He was also effective in dealing with my insurance company, The Hartford, who were extremely difficult during the claim processing. So I recommend Russell. I know he’ll do a good job for you.

Russell is incredible. The work was done quickly and the work was perfect. I drove to his shop, he drive me back to my house and took the car to fix the scratch. We he was done, he delivered the car to my house and I drove him back to the shop. Very easy process. Along the way, he regularly sent me update photos.
