Use a plastic bag on my tire. I came in having a problem on my tire loosing air, the person who help me seem knowledgeable of what need it to be done so they remove my tire and sanded the inside of the rim, this result on my tire not holding air at all. Then they put a plastic bag between the tire an rim to make it hold enough just for me to drive away from the place. This place have the professional just on the name. If needed I have pictures of it.

I have an XJ Jaguar and the chrome rims were peeling and were scraped in several areas. I called what few plating houses there were and I was given a ridiculously high price and when I priced new on Ebay and elsewhere I was shocked at the prices. PTW were beyond accommodating in price and quality of work. The rims look better than when I first purchased the car. It is nice when someone actually does what they say they are going to do and you do not have to hear oops I did not see that or the marring is normal or.... 5 stars are not enough for these guys.

Genuine old town class and integrity. Getting me back on the road with immediacy should always be enough, but to be repaired with such a cultured attitude as Fernando, the mechanic and staff gave me a calmness about my 'flat tire' thing. It was a big deal rescue for me. Huge Mahalos.

I have done business with these guys for over a year. NEVER AGAIN… Last week I purchased wheels and had them put them on my truck. Fernando text me with a picture of a chunk missing from the tire bead. They mounted it! I said take it off and replace the tire. He had 5 in stock. He said the tire is old. I bought from him a year ago and only had 10,000 miles. Not old at all. He said he would give to me for his cost. I said it’s not my fault they ruined the tire. He said he would eat the cost but to never come back. Wow! I kinda felt bad and when I got there we negotiated a better price. Well now the front tire was leaking over the weekend. I brought it back Monday morning and the technician put soap on inside bead and it was leaking. The bead had chunks out of it as well. All 4 tires had tears or chunks missing on the bead. The part that needs to be perfect for safety reasons. Fernando said he would hook me up with all 4 new tires but not warranty the original ones I purchased from him. New tires are nice and I thought he’d give me a good deal. Well he charged me $480 per tire. Even had a strait face when he did. I didn’t check price yet. Well retail price is $401. He tried to say that was his cost. He lied. Then I checked the DOT and it was a 2021 tire. Almost 4 years old. After further inspection the tires had some staining in lugs and no the little nubs were not as thick as they should be. He sold me USED tires for $320 over retail. He has cameras everywhere. I asked to see the video of the guy taking the sticker off the tires. He said no. I told him I’m getting tires from somewhere else and bringing them back. Got new tires yesterday. 2024 tires and had the yellow stripe along the tread showing they are brand new. When they installed them they pointed out that the rims were scratched. Brand new rims that Fernando opened from box. He even posted it on his social media. He wouldn’t respond and when I went there this morning to give tires back he said he won’t replace the wheels. He would only paint them. He said the scratches are on the inside and you can’t see them. He takes zero responsibility. The “technician” was taking out old tires and said “I heard they scratched your wheels” HE scratched the wheels. He laughed. Not at all professional and these guys took advantage of me then didn’t take any fault. Don’t trust your life with this place. They will mount bad tires that they damaged without remorse.

PTW DOES IT AGAIN!!! These people know how to take good care of their customers! We are ALWAYS impressed with this great team! Once again, we are happy to give a great review for PTW! We came back after 4 years and my heart sunk when I was told Fernando was out of town…UNTIL I met Jose who is like a “FERNANDO, JR”!! The outstanding customer service we received was worth more than 5 stars! Every customer we met had the same experience!! Fernando at Professional Tires and Wheels (PTW) did an excellent job on my new F-150.
