They did the tint for our business, He first came to do a consultation and told us it would take a week to order the tint in this shape and size, we specifically requested that if he had it, he could use a scrap piece because it was just the door and not our full window he was tinting. His reply was "I don't keep scrap tint around, Ill have to special order the size for this door" .....it came out bubbly, and on top of that, he measured wrong so there is a line half way through the door, where he has to place another film to fit. When we called to express that the owner was not happy, his customer service skills and attitude were less then sub-par. We even offered to meet him half way in a solution and he refused to even hear us out. His response was "Why am I going to deal with the owner, it's not my issue now" We are beyond dissatisfied with his work, and the only solution he would even agree to was that we re-pay for the entire door, and he would have to custom order the tint AGAIN! This guy is a typical fraud and was very unprofessional to the owner and me. Do yourself a favor and find someone else.
