I called BW after a recommendation from Leonard Truck Accessories. It was late in the afternoon and I desperately needed an alignment for my truck. I spoke with Nick and he told me to come on over and they would see if they could fit me in. Not only were they able to fit me in (thanks for the extra effort, Hector) but were extremely professional and got my truck back on the straight. Excellence service, professional, efficient, and price appropriate.

Very good experience here. First time I've gone to Better Way. Had my 2006 minivan in for new Control Arms/ball joints/sway bars. Very friendly folks. I had stopped by earlier just to check them out and David took the time out of his busy day to show me around the shop and discuss my vehicle issues. I'll definitely be back to address more of my issues. Pricing was fair (and better than other places I got estimates from). Definitely check them out!

When the Summer heat had me questioning my A/C ~ I took it to BetterWay. They booked me an appointment for 2 days later. Dropped it off Friday morning: they ran a diagnostic, and immediately called me. #Efficient #Honest They were calm and reasonable with articulating how the test went and what they tried. So, I gave them the greenlight for a new compressor and even upgraded my back tires. When you're lacking cold air and the belts are showing... Time to give the 2007 Accord a little TLC. Everything was finished by 4pm. Last step- sent me an email with the invoice link. You can pay online and pick up around their business hours. BetterWay was very flexible and did great work. Highly recommended.

I am very satisfied with this auto shop!! They were incredibly friendly and fair with their pricing and assessment. I love the front desk receptionist, she is so kind and welcoming. Also, the mechanics were knowledgeable and efficient. They never tried to upsell me anything which I’ve dealt with in the past at other auto shops. Highly recommend!

I was worried about my antifreeze since the temperature went down very cold this week. Additionally, I noticed that there was a large mushroom of acid above the battery terminal! Very friendly, very helpful, and very honest. I know little about engine repair and have been taken advantage of by similar shops nearby. I believe this shop is different. Their reputation is important to them. I was very comfortable from the moment I walked in. They strongly rncourage you to write a review. That alone says volumes about their integrity.
