Great experience. When my insurance adjuster didn't respond to them, they contacted me several times so I didn't end up having to pay for a rental car, since once over 30 days, I would have to pay. The work they did was also excellent.

I went here to get my car repaired after an accident. They were able to figure out everything with the insurance company. Tyler was extremely helpful and kept me updated through the entire process! Everyone here is very kind and my car looks brand new!

The overall quality of the work deserves five stars and Will The customer service representative really helped me. However I think they were quite busy because it took him over two weeks to paint my car. Then when I got it back I had a roof bike rack and they lost one of the pieces and we’re not very helpful or understanding about the gravity of the bike rack coming off while I was driving down the road. I would consider finding another shop in Greensboro or elsewhere.

My car only has a little over 25,000 miles and the paint was falling off around back glass. I truly believe that should of been a recall situation because I have read online others having that problem. I only had to pay 10% of the cost though. With me only owning my car for 4 years I don't think the paint should have did that. They did an excellent job on the paint repair work though. Excellent customer service as well.

They not only dropped the ball, they dropped the entire project. I had an insurance claim for a collision. Customer service representative Shawn was great but he was dealing with a mess to be fair about it... This is where it goes south. It took an entire month to get my vehicle back to me. Ohhh Ho ho and when I did... It was drivable but a total mess. I needed a tire for the right front and despite having easy access to the other three tires I ended up with a snow tire that was completely different than what was on my vehicle. I ended up with an inoperative anti-lock brake system and I ended up with a growl that only got louder from the right front wheel where all the work was done. At least three trips back to the dealer yielded only the tire being replaced. I even offered to buy the tire myself and have them reimburse me to which they replied that they had ordered the tire and it will come in. I was shown repeatedly a diagnostic for a defective anti-lock brake sensor to which I went ahead and replaced the remaining three myself no help. Fast forward to me finally deciding to take matters into my own hands and I took it to another trusted shop whereby they diagnosed the supposedly replaced right front wheel bearing as being defective and also the wrong anti-lock brake sensor being pounded into the steering knuckle which necessitated it being drilled out facilitate the other repair. In three short hours the other shop managed to fix the growling noise from the wheel bearing that was supposedly replaced the first time install the correct analog brake sensor and fix the anti-lock brakes that Flow Honda was unable to fix in 31 days of what I cannot adequately describe as maintenance. I suggest you take your vehicle somewhere else or have the kids at Forsyth tech vocational Auto technology fix it for you you will have better results

I had a great experience with the flow Honda body shop! After purchasing a Honda HR-V a large portion of the paint came off over the windshield only a few weeks later. The body shop fixed the paint for free and called me with updates several times during the time they had it. The employees are so nice and helpful. Definitely had a great experience!

Our insurance company asked us to take the car to Flow but we have been customers of Flow for many years and did not mind that at all. A deer had hit the side of our car and Flow did an excellent job with that repair. They also kept us informed throughout the process.

I brought my car in to have the passenger side wheels and inner workings behind the front passenger wheel fixed due to an accident. I told everyone who I could that the cosmetic damage on the front was unrelated. On the day it should have been completed I received a text saying they were removing the body panels. I immediately called to stop them and explain again it was not related to this claim. After waiting an additional week for them to put it back together as-is, I finally got my car back. I now have a keyless entry problem from where they removed my passenger door and presumably did not reinstall it correctly. Upon telling them that I have a new error code from their work they said they could fix it in 1-4 hours at $95 an hour, as if it wasn't their fault. Never again will I return to this shop. There were many other communication issues I had with this department but are minor comparatively. At least it drives again...

All the staff were professional, courteous and kept me informed along the way about the vehicle repairs. Tyler was great. They handled everything with the insurance company that was paying for the repairs so I had nothing to worry about. Great job Flow Honda Body Shop!

I personally wouldn't bother. I went in for a quick estimate on a paint job (a task that takes 10 mins at every other shop to quote) and was informed they only have one person who does estimates (Matt James) and he only has an appointment 2 weeks out. ? Really odd. Not feeling super confident about a shop that is too overbooked to quote estimates.

That front desk lady who answers the phone is so rude it's crazy. She needs to watch how she's talking to customers, I'm referring to the mean old lady who sits on the right as soon as you walk into the body shop, I'll update with her name when I find it. The place is apparently so booked they don't know what to do and they lie about anything they can. The part is getting put on today only to find out the part has not actually arrived yet and won't be out on till days later. Being so booked means they have to be making money so wouldn't common sense mean hiring so you're able to handle all the work? Nope just 6 months negative of reviews here all saying the place is too busy. Just go to North point collision or caliber and you won't have to deal with this madness.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Flow Honda Service and Body Shop. I spent nearly $15,000 here, expecting quality service and long-term reliability, but within just a few days of getting my vehicle back, I started hearing strange noises. When I returned to address the issue, instead of taking responsibility, they completely denied it was their fault. What’s worse is that I had no choice but to spend even more money elsewhere to fix the problem that should have been handled correctly the first time. For the amount I paid, I expected professionalism, honesty, and proper service — none of which I received. This has been a very frustrating and expensive lesson. I will not be returning to Flow Honda, and I strongly advise others to think twice before trusting their service department or body shop.

Here's a list of issues I had when using the services of Flow Honda bodyshop. (💢1 Scary situation:💢 They disassembled my vehicle and then told me that they could not put it back together. I went without a vehicle for 7 months due to FLOW honda. ).. I did offer to pay to have them put it back together. Took the radiator & condenser out of my vehicle. ( the A/C) They also lost parts (or threw away. ) that I had to buy from other honda shops. I had to put my vehicle back together myself. (With the little to no compassion or kindness they met me as a single mom with. .... what would they have done to the elderly or handicapped?) I also had to get the help of 3 body shops to help me with my car. Where Flow honda head disassembled my car.. all of the lights were on the dash and the car wouldn't go over 15 mph. Which the owner of the last body shop told me. 🌈"Never take your car to the dealership I see this all the time. " 🌈 I was shocked. (💢2:Communication:💢 Communication was unclear and mixed. I was told on a Friday that my car would cost 674$ to retrieve. When I returned on Monday it cost me close to 1500$ to retrieve my car. I was also told that insurance would pay to get my car. They never did, nor did I receive help from FLOW Hondas team of representatives on the matter. ) Noted that i also had to do 100% off the Communication with my insurance. I received 0️⃣ help from Flow Hondas team with the insurance. ( 💢3: kindness, compassion, care:💢 Flow honda showed me immediately they had no empathy for me right away. Thry made me feel like I had no options and my back was up against a wall. they 100% just wanted me gone. They didn't care of they had just destroyed my vehicle. They didn't care that this was my only transportation as a single mom. ) I want the buisness I deal with to be honest individuals who care about the working man. I DID NOT find this at Flow Honda. (💢4: Professionalism/ honesty: 💢 I was shocked when I saw my car in the parking lot and all of the brand new parts were blowing around in the wind. When the employees saw me coming unannounced they ran into the parking lot to stack the pieces so they wouldn't fly around anymore. After they disassembled my vehicle I was creating no more income for the. So they shoved all the parts back in my car. (Check pictures provided. ) and let other parts just fly around in the parking lot. Like the covers for the inside of my doors and bumpers to my car. After now having the vehicle back, I see that Flow honda actually caused body damage to my car in multiple places. Full spots missing paint because they were allowed to scoot across the parking lot freely. My car didn't even deserve a spot in the shop. How disappointing. ) 💢5 Stress:💢 I can't tell you how much stress this has caused in my life. I have lost sleep at night, cried myself to sleep and asked why me. It's honestly made me question why a human being would want another human being to go though all this. I'm sharing my story with you so that no one else gets taken advantage of. I'm also sharing this because everyone deserves to have a good vehicle. No one deserves to have to wonder how they are going to get thier kids to school or how they will get to work. I will NEVER do buisness with FLOW anything ever again after this. (This experience has been a nightmare that I don't wish on anyone!) A true nightmare, if you need your car find a nice locally owned center who cares for your needs.
