Go somewhere else. I debated posting a review a few months ago when I first came here but didn't, and now it's obvious I should've. Took over 2hrs for an oil change. Plus the 20min from me arriving early for my appointment. All the cars I saw got the complimentary wash except mine. Additionally, my car wreaked of chemicals for days after and I've never had that happen. After being told that it was possibly oil that maybe got spilled some and was being burned off I let it go. Now I've got my car at a new place just for a simple check up and they tell me my oil cap is missing. Just gone. They're joking about how subaru is messing up my subaru. Was excited about having a subaru dealership so close since moving here but I definitely won't be back. Will drive 3hrs to the one back home before I come here again.

Have done great service since car new(2017) but on last service recomended change of differential fluid . Not recomended by owner manual . ($200) Be aware. I checked manual too late. Talked with Flow representative on 10-29-2023, who listened, discussed issue, and reached resolution. Upgrade review to 5 .

He's gone out of his way to help me quite a few times & always shoots straight. I'm pretty picky about who I let work on my car and I've always felt comfortable knowing he's looking after it. Properly cared for, Subarus have a reputation for safety and reliability. Still, the internet is rampant with stories of Subaru dealers that upsell, fail to fix the first time, or overcharge. I have never experienced these difficulties with Flow Subaru. Their staff is courteous and professional, and I have never had to complain after a repair. When I was young, I did my own vehicle maintenance and repair, but that was then. Now, despite the increasing cost of labor, I trust Flow because they hire good people and stand behind their work.

It's a bummer because the people were friendly, but WITH an appointment it took over three hours for them to put ONE tire on. I'll have to go somewhere else for service because this isn't the first time its taken a wild amount of time for something small and I almost missed work. 😬

After my wife and I purchased a 🚗 here we were able to get free 🛢️ and filter changes and we took the car here for minor work to be done. Unlike most dealerships, Flow Subaru treat you right and don't try to overcharge or get you to fix something unecessary. They are friendly and helpful here. They also have a ♿ handicap accessible parking area, seating, and restrooms.

Warning lights turned on my car on the way home from work. I was really worried about getting it fixed and getting to work the next day. I was able to get to the shop which was thankfully still open. Lonnie helped me out a lot, he and his team were really kind, patient and efficient. Having the loaner was a godsend. I appreciated the video of what needed to be fixed and detailed estimates of each thing. I felt really comfortable and like I could trust what they told me. Everything got fixed in 24 hours. Would definitely recommend them and will be back again for regular maintenance.

Thank you for the gracious loaner car! Wonderful working with Kristin and John Apple with the service department!! Can't wait to get back my 2002 Forester after the head gasket replacement!!! Update: not fully satisfied with head gasket replacement but will be reaching out soon.
