My car was hit and damage while parked. It was such a stressful experience but when I found this auto shop near me, they quickly came towed my car, repaired it, handled all the paperwork with the insurance and upon pickup my car was fixed and glowing!! RUN. SERIOUSLY. CALL YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY ASAP AND HAVE THEM GET A TOW TRUCK OVER THERE AND GET YOUR CAR OUT OF THERE. He pays tow truck drivers to bring cars there, takes all the money from your insurance company and then does the worst possible job he can to keep most of the money himself. He won't order any parts he feels he can just cover up with sloppy paint. My insurance company paid him $11,500 to repair my car. When I finally got it back, the alloy wheels were never replaced, along withe rear quarter panel, rear bumper, front bumper, a fender, a door, and none of the body work was done properly. So I threatened to report him to the bar. He begged me not to. So I brought it back again and again and again. He wasn't doing any of the work properly. He refused to do it properly. He again, did the bare minimum. So I reported him to the California Bureau of Automotive Repair and they found him guilty of shoddy workmanship and failure to provide me with proper paperwork and receipts (because there probably weren't any) He told the bar that he would fix my car or I could take it anywhere I wanted to be fixed and he would pay for it. I took him to small claims. The judge ordered him to abide by the decision of the bar. He didn't. He hasn't returned the phone calls that my new body shop made to him. So now I have to tell the judge that he's not being cooperative and go back yet again. He has cost me over 9 months of my life. This happend back in October and I am still dealing with it. You are better of smashing your car with a sledgehammer several times. Your car would look in much better shape than if you brought it in here. Seriously, stay away from this place, don't listen to any 5 star reviews you see because they are his friends. Matter of fact, let me post you some lovely pictures of his amazing handiwork which included tape, double stick tape and sandpaper that was left in the car.

Beverly La Brea Auto Body has BY FAR been the best auto body shop I have gone to in Los Angeles. Service in repairing my car after being involved in a hit and run was very quick. I was kept up to date on the progress and they even helped me in getting set up with a rental car while they worked on my car. I won’t go anywhere else. Thanks for taking such good care of me!

This place is the BEST in LA for all your car needs. Everyone there is so knowledgable and helpful, and FAST. I brought my car there with severe scratches, paint all over it, parts falling off, and when they were finished with it, it actually looked better than before the accident :) Mike is so professional and friendly, and really takes his work seriously. I will never go anywhere else in LA.

From Mike, Ahmed and Jonathan each made me feel secure and welcomed. Beverly fixed my car within the suggested time frame and gave me the confidencemy car will be back to normal in no time. Someone shattered my front window and hit my front passenger door. Beverly detailed my car and was very attentive to my cars needs. I appreciated Ahmed's ability to fix my BMW keys after asking BMW and friends to help me with my BMW keys repair. No one could get the snap back into place, but Ahmed had the final and perfect touch. BMW suggested my keys to be replaced, wheb they didn't need to be replaced it needed a stong strength to secure the snap back into place and Ahmed saved me money. They were respectful, and I will for sure go back and refer them to my family and friends for any car repair. Thank you, gentlemen, for allowing me to feel comfortable and for making my car look like I just drive off the BMW lot. If your insurance doesn't select this company, inform them you'd like to use their services for auto body repair. You won't regret it.

I went here after going to 2 other auto body shops and thank God I did. Not only did they repair my car at a price 720.00 cheaper than the lowest price quoted, they did it quickly and without any hassles. I want to thank them for being fair, first of all to a woman and to a woman who didn't really know what a fair price was. They carefully explained what they would do and how long it would take . It was the best experience I've ever had at an autoshop. Thank you for your patience, your professionalism and your integrity in dealing with women. I've never been able to recommend an auto shop but I will definitely recommend yours. Thank you.

I was in a car accident recently that totally smashed in the side of my car. I looked up a couple places on Yelp and I wasn't sold on any but I was close to this one so I decided to stop by. Best choice ever! Their customer service was great and the only thing better than their customer service was their actual service. My car came out amazing. Nicer than before it even got hit. This guy greeted me and was super nice. He helped me with the claim for my insurance and made everything a lot easier on me. If I ever have any future problems with my car I'm definitely coming here. Beverly LaBrea Auto Body is the best body shop in the city. Took my RS GT eTron there for complicated body work and they made feel secure in my choice the entire time. Unlike other body shops or the dealer, who take your car, order parts that take 10 days, and require your car to be with them the entire time, this shop sends you home (if drivable) and will notify you when ALL parts have arrived, minimizing your time without a car. And the work is top notch. Not many people can handle my car but this shop is well equipped and knowledgeable. I left everything in their hands and they delivered, relieving much stress off of me.
