Big 3 Collision was an absolute waste of my time. They kept giving me the runaround and pushing back the start date on my car over and over again, like I had all the time in the world to sit and wait. Instead of being upfront and professional, they strung me along and completely wasted my time. In the end, I had no choice but to tow my car to another shop just to actually get the work started. If you value your time and want your car taken care of properly, do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

I’ve had work done here twice and they did not disappoint. I was only going to get my A/C replaced, but noticed that my radiator was also going to go bad soon so they told me what was going on and They replaced my car radiator, A/C and the A/C lining. Absolutely wonderful Point blank period. I went in to get an estimate, and I was given the best service, much more than I would have ever expected. I was greeted with smiles and kindness. I felt welcomed. I explained that I wanted to get an estimate for damage to my vehicle. To my surprise, the response was, we will take care of that for you no charge. I was asked to have a seat while it was being worked on. Not only did they make my car look great for FREE! They blessed my day with kindness! And in today’s world that speaks volumes. Today I was told by my dealership that they needed 1-2 days to fix an issue I was having with my trunk latch so I decided to see if Big 3 could do it for me.
