If you’re going to charge 30 bucks for a car wash. The car should come out clean. The entire passenger side was streaky and dirty as well as the tires. Pretty sure my car was all scratched also.

Very unhappy with this place. I paid for the 50.00 monthly platinum service and it never seems to give me all the options for that service. Also the roller that cleans the top sections of the vehicle never starts touching till it's half way up the hood never touching the front grill and head light areas...

UPDATE: The staff at Big Blue came through for me and I am now satisfied with the outcome. I go and get my car washed once a week now!!! Bought the Cowabunga deal. It didn't clean my car well at all. I tried to get in touch with them, but the phone number doesn't work. I emailed them and never heard back. Since I bought the deal for a month, I might as well use it though.

Over the over the last couple of months I’ve seen a drop in the service. They barely use any soap. The employees don’t scrub the tires like prior company used to. I kind of miss Big Blue . Of course the vacuums are a huge plus!

No. I am extremely particular about the alloy wheels on my Porsche. I bought the top price wash for $30. Terrible job. I had to clean the wheels myself. And the whole wash takes like 60 seconds. Fastest car wash ever. I really felt ripped off. When driving in I asked the attendant to pre spray the wheels. He said he’d do it but he’s not supposed to. He didn’t do anything. This place wasn’t good when it was Big Blue. Way worse now.

This is a great place to get a car wash. The monthly pricing concept makes it very appealing. The most expensive plan is $50 a month but averages out to $12.50 a week for a great wash. You can’t beat that price. The free vacuums are the most powerful car vacs I have ever used. You owe it to yourself to check it out.

⭐️⭐️⭐️☆☆ — “Meh … but the vacuums are great.” I recently brought my car through at Prestige with a free trial and got the basic water-only wash (no soaps or cleaning products), and honestly? It was just okay. The wash itself didn’t really do much — it felt like a quick rinse more than an actual wash, and I expected a bit more effort even for a trial. The car came out wet and still looked like it needed a proper cleaning. On the bright side, the vacuums at the exit are amazing — powerful, free, and definitely worth using if you want to clean the interior. That’s honestly the highlight of the visit. Overall, it’s not a terrible car wash, but it’s not impressive either. If you’re there for a simple rinse and the vacuums, it’s fine. But I wouldn’t go out of my way for the wash itself.

Paid $30 to get my pickup washed the first time I went through it didn't do much still had road salt and dirt on the running boards. I went back and ask the guy if this looked like a $30 dollar car wash he agreed it did not so he sent me through again it did a little better. The guy at the beginning actually sprayed the running boards off but I still had dirt on them when I got out. They tried their best but for $30 I will wash it myself. I was thinking about getting a monthly plan but i won't go back.

I just started using the service cause of winter and the harsh rod salts which is a pain to clean off from the car. I started with the trial plan and even got and free gold plan upgrade which had raised my expectations to see how it does. I had a road trip last weekend and car ended up with alot of salt dirt buildup which i was hoping to be solved by this. I was wrong!!! Even though it kinda did clean the front really well it did a terrible job with the sides and the worst on the back side which still has pretty much all the dirt on it. It also left most of the dirt on the alloy even though it’s supposed to be cleaned with the gold plan which was big disappointment. I wouldn’t recommend this to people drive in rough dirty commutes, its more suitable for people with lighter commute with less harsher conditions.

Would give zero stars went 2 days in a row signed up for vip top package and cars still dirty rear of car looks like it wasnt even touched tires and wheel wells dont look like they were touched even though it says undercarriage amd tire shine tires not shiny. Oh ya and to top it off I now have scuff marks of plasticlike stringy stuff got that off and underneath that there is scratches in identical spots on both front fenders of car in identical locations. Would give 0 stars if possible 50 a month and I got a dirty car and scratches after 2 washes 2 days in a row pictures dont do justice worse in person
