DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE OR WASTE YOUR TIME… this is the worst place ever!!!!!!! I spent $95 for an oil change, just for them to not do a oil change at all… Staff was rude and didn’t care that they stole my money and not add oil to my vehicle… ZERO STAR!!!! THEY SHOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS FOR LACK OF SERVICE AND WASTING PEOPLE TIME!!!!

Josh, Keith and the mechanic were fantastic today! I was driving eight hours today and they took care of my car emergency in no time at all. They are clearly customer-focused. Store Manager Josh was extremely personable and made me feel at home, explaining everything thoroughly as they progressed from diagnostics to fixing everything. Keith voluntarily offered me an ice cold bottle of water—most impressive! And the mechanic fixed everything quickly and cleanly! My highest recommendation to use this shop! They’re terrific!

Came here for a SMOG CHECK and have been waiting for over 40 minutes..... For a SMOG check... That's insane. Never again. But wait, there's more! They force you to let the techs drive your vehicle into the bay ... FOR A SMOG CHECK. Watched the tech ride the clutch on my vehicle harder than dale Earnhardt in turn three on the checkered flag. Never. Again.

When I called for a quote and it was not in my price range a representative from big brand tires called me back immediately and gave me a new price for the same tire that for into my budget. This is going to be a long review, and I apologize in advance; but I promise that if you read this, it could probably save your life. I first got all 4 new tires back in 2024 of June at a different location of big brand, the one in Henderson on sandhill and sunset, I went there even though I live in North Las Vegas because my mom lives there and she didn't want to drive to where I'm at to help pay for my tires. Then my tire light comes on 2024 in October, I didn't want to go back to that location since I suspected that my tire was flat, so I go to the big brand on east craig road. They didn't look at my tire, they just did air and told me that one tire has "50 pounds of air in it". I felt weird, as if they didn't really care to examine it; so, the same day I saw this location was also close to me which is the Losee location. I go with my partner who is a guy to this Losee location knowing that if I do have a flat and need a new tire, it would be free since I have a warranty for 1 free tire. Everything went fine, they gave me a new tire for my driver front and I paid nothing because of that warranty, which was great. About a month maybe two months later, my tire light comes back on. I go back to the Losee location again with my partner, they told me two different things about the same tire they gave me "new". Telling me that I have to get another new one since it's slashed and cannot be repaired but then went away and 5 minutes later told me, actually it was just off its bead, and we are going to try to put it back on the bead and you'll be good to go. I was confused cause I'm thinking which one is it?? But he left and 10 minutes later came back and said they managed to put it back on the bead, so you'll be good to go. I asked him, " Are you sure? Because I do UberEATS for a living and I don't want anything bad happening." He assured me that they checked, and everything is good. I left, and my tire light was fine until it came back on AGAIN in January of 2025. This time I went with my mom to the Losee location, and they checked my tires and said that the driver one was good but the passenger front needs to be replaced. My mom pays for the new tire and etc. Tire light was fine until March or April of 2025, went back there with my mom AGAIN, they told me that the passenger tire was "off the bead" so they are fixing it. They got done and everything seemed fine. Well, this is where it turns worse. My tire light didn't come back on until this month on 9/2/2025. My tires seemed fine, so I was assuming they just needed air, and I was going to go do my oil change at Midas the next day, so I didn't do anything. The next day arrives, 9/3/2025 and I go to Midas for my oil change that comes with free tire rotation, and I also asked if they could air my tires since my light was on, etc. Cody who I believe is the store manager there at Midas, told and showed me my passenger front tire. He told me that I needed a brand-new tire. I politely told him that this tire is still new and not even 1 year old yet. Him AND one of the mechanics that were helping with my car looked at me like are these really new. He then asked where I go them from, and I told him about big brand and basically this story that I am now telling you. He assured me that this was not a new tire, that there is some type of slash in it and that if I was on the freeway going those high speeds of 60+ that it would act as a grenade, and I will roll over from this tire. The worst part of this is that he also said that they used a sealant that is not a proper tire sealant but a concrete sealant to "fix" whatever was wrong with it. In the picture I took you can see the sealant which is black color and is not neat at all. The sealant acts as a glue, but it doesn't fix anything, all it does is cause more damage. So, I had to get a new tire from Midas. Basically, big brand tires (this location) knew that I'm a fleet driver and put me in danger without me knowing.

I’ve been here three times; two for oil changes and once for a coolant flush. All three times I was given prompt, friendly service. When I was getting the coolant flush, they actually alerted me to a broken fresh air intake hose that was easy to replace but could’ve led to problems later on. I would not have noticed it was broken if they hadn’t told me. Prices are reasonable and service is fast, especially with an appointment. This is my go-to for routine maintenance. Thanks Big Brand! I took my vehicle in for a diagnostic for a check engine light. They fought for me with my warranty company when the company refused to pay for the work to be done. Eventually, the repairs were completed and the warranty company had to pay up. The guys at this shop are top notch! Professional, honest, and understanding. They have my business from now on. I won't go anywhere else.
