I had a flat tire due to a nail and called to get a repair estimate. Guillermo was very helpful over the phone and said they could look at it to see the extent of the damage. Came in right away and was out of there within 45 minutes (they had other customers ahead of me). Guillermo and his associates got my tire fixed at no cost. This how they left my girls car her whole windshield had oil . They forgot to put the cap on . I work everyday and trusted a big brand shop to do my girls oil change . I will never be back at this shop again will never recommend to anyone .

Called this place to get a tire patch up and they told me it would be FREE, BUT once we got there the worker tried to hustle us to get a brand new tire for $112. My tire was patchable since the nail was on the middle of the tire so yeah, good try Big brand tire!! The worker refused to patch it up and we left with a flat tire. NOT A GOOD BUSINESS SHOP.

Love these guys. I've been going there with the last 3 vehicles I have had! Nothing negative to say. They have always gone above and beyond to make sure I get what I needed no matter what it took. Genuine customer service is far and few between these days. Big brand tire is the exception. (Americas tire depot) The sister store... Those guys are great as well... Little more busy on any given day then big brand. But if they can't get you in they will send you to big brand down the street so you dont have to wait so long. I will definitely send all my friends and family that way. Probably the only place I will trust my daughter to go to with her first car. That means a lot .

I took my vehicle to Big Brand Tire for an oil chang and to have them check the alignment. They pointed out the need for new tires. I appreciated their recommendation for needed repairs. I did not feel as though they were trying to talk me into unnecessary repairs just to make more money. They were very fair with their pricing and actually gave me a very much appreciated break on the work done. They are very friendly and a pleasure to work with. I will definitely be using them for all my vehicle repairs in the future.

My sister and I came here after making an appointment - the appointment wasn’t in the system. When asked what the purpose was, it was said that we wanted a full diagnostic of the car but the main concern was the shifting which they noted was the transmission. As soon as the transmission was brought up, getting the full diagnostic was out the window since they didn’t do transmission related repairs. When asked if they could still do the full diagnostic the man kept mentioning to bring it to another place such as AAMCO that focuses on transmissions. I asked between two and four times whether they can still do the full diagnostic at the time and the man kept saying to bring it to the transmission place (this is pretty much saying no is it not). We decided to leave since they were denying us service anyways - since i forgot the name i went back in to get the title of the place he continuously recommended. I informed the man that I just wanted the place he recommended and that i am doing this due to them pretty much saying no to us. he proceeded to use his professional voice and inform me that he never said no or denied us service - even though every time I asked if they can still do the full diagnostic he said to take it to the transmission place. he proceeded to say that they can take a look the car now (all of a sudden when there is confrontation regarding it) and I let him know that he already denied us and we will look else where now. Then he proceeded to say he never denied us - however as mentioned before whenever mentioned if they can still complete the full diagnostic he mentioned the transmission place. He even tried mentioning the cost of the transmission fix - We literally just wanted a full diagnostic of the car so we can start from there. We came in there for a full diagnostic and walked out with the experience of a man taking to us like we were 5 years old, very condescending, and dismissed everything we said. And if i’m being honestly i’m pretty sure i seen him roll his eyes (probably should do better with the poker face). However, he will do great at a dealership since he can really talk to people in a condescending manner then flip the script when mentioned what he literally said or did. For reference we came in on a Tuesday (2/4) around 9:00/9:15am.

I had had a couple of tires repaired here in the past, and chose this location to replace all four of my tires this time around. At the same time I had them do an alignment on my car. The technicians worked diligently and did a great job. After 2 weeks I heard a noise lid was a little different under the front end. I took it back to the shop and they quickly placed my car on the rack and found the issue. They took care of it without any question. And had me back on the road in no time. I cannot. Thank the guys that work at this branch enough. Great customer service, and a great value. Thank you This is coming from someone who does not trust mechanics, hates dealerships, that drives about 45,000 mi a year
