We had a large chunk of debris kick up from under a vehicle and trailer ahead and cause damage to the driver's side hood, glance off and take out the mirror and chrome strip at the window/door junction. Caliber did fantastic work making the QX60 look good as new. They stayed in contact with us through the entire process, and although there was a holdup receiving some parts, they still had the job done quicker than I had originally thought that they would. If you find yourself in need of a great body shop, with a friendly and helpful staff, I would recommend Caliber Collision on Bear Valley Road. 👍🏼👍🏼

Another great experience with CC. This location has helped me with my vehicle damage before, so I knew I could trust this location. I had some damage on my Honda CRV from a crash and upon arrival, Keith was able to inform me of everything he noticed. I had no idea how much damage there actually was until he throughly explained everything. The process was smooth and they were even able to accommodate my drop off date. I was estimated a two week completion date, however I got my car much sooner. The constant updates also helped me stay in the loop. When picking up my car, I was so happy with everything. My car looked brand new. Not only that, but the team took care of my car by washing and vacuuming it inside. They even went above and beyond and wiped down the back seats where my son’s car seat left it dirty. Super happy with the service and my vehicle!

I originally had a really frustrating experience with Caliber Collision. After my initial repairs, my car kept overheating and the coolant hadn’t been refilled properly. I was disappointed and upset, feeling like I had paid a small fortune for repairs that weren’t done right. At the time, it seemed like no one knew what was wrong, and I was worried my car might end up being beyond repair. However, I have to give credit where it’s due. The manager, Timothy, personally stepped in and went above and beyond to make things right. He kept consistent communication with me throughout the entire process — updating me every single day on the progress and next steps. Once they discovered the issue was more complicated than just the coolant, Timothy took my car to the Toyota dealership to ensure the problem was fully diagnosed and properly fixed. To make things even easier on me, he provided a rental car so I could still get to work while the repairs were being completed. Before returning my car, he personally tested the AC to make sure everything worked perfectly and even took care of a recall on my car — and then delivered the car to my house once it was fully ready. If you ever find yourself unhappy with the results of your repairs, I recommend giving them a chance to make it right — because they truly will do everything they can to help you. Timothy’s dedication, consistent communication, and genuine focus on customer obsession and delivering results completely turned my experience around. I’m sincerely grateful for the care and professionalism he showed every step of the way.

We had a minor collision damaging our fender, bumper, and rocker. We chose Caliber Collision for our repairs and are very impressed with the service we received! Firstly, the communication was phenomenal from day 1. I received daily text message updates, and occasional calls regarding more important information (such as a part needing to be ordered, any potential for delays, etc.). I really appreciated that I was always easily able to reach Kieth N., who was our estimator and primary contact at Caliber, throughout the process. Secondly, the staff was lovely to work with. The lady at the front desk (whose name I unfortunately can’t recall) was wonderful, offering refreshments as soon as we arrived and quickly making herself available to assist us. As a woman myself, I’m sometimes nervous when dealing with automotive businesses as I feel that I’m not always taken seriously, and have been spoken to condescendingly by mechanics in the past. Kieth N. explained the process to me as he would any other customer, and answered my questions professionally, without making me feel unintelligent for asking them. I sincerely appreciated his positive attitude, and his true knowledge of the work being done was apparent. Lastly, our repairs were completed and we were able to collect our vehicle 4 days ahead of our estimated completion date! I was absolutely thrilled with this outcome, and the repairs look better than the day we rolled off the lot. Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful. I cannot say enough positive things about this location. Caliber Collision on Bear Valley Rd is the only collision repair shop that I’ll be recommending to my friends and family. I hope that I don’t need collision repair in the future, but if I do, I won’t settle for anything less than Caliber.

I knew my car was going to total. And the service advisor that help me out knew it was going to be a total loss as well. So it was no surprise. The reception was amazing and welcoming. Mauricio, the service advisor, was professional, upfront, and easy to work with.
