I called the shop spontaneously to fix a chip in the front windshield of my Raptor. Ramon answered the phone, and after I mentioned I was referred by another mechanic, he said he’d knock a bit off the price and told me to just head down. When I arrived, Ramon was at the counter—super helpful and informative. One of his guys (I think it was either Miguel or Gerardo) checked out the damage and told me the chip had already been previously repaired and was now starting to splinter. At that point, a replacement was the only real option. Being a perfectionist, I knew Safelite would easily charge over $800 for OEM glass, so I got a quote from Ramon for an aftermarket OEM-style replacement plus a 35% tint on the front. All said and done, the truck looks amazing—and it only cost me $450. Seriously can’t beat that. The whole job took about an hour, plus another 30 minutes to let the glass set before I could drive off. Everyone I interacted with was super friendly, laid-back, and cool just good people who know what they’re doing. Just be patient with them and they’ll take care of you.
