After being recently involved in an accident and dealing with my shady insurance company (don't get wawanesa insurance!) I took my car to get it appraised at a few spots in the HD and they wanted it for about a month or so which was way too long for me. Finally, I took my vehicle to get inspected by the crew at super collision center and was helped right away by Timothy. They got my car fixed in about two weeks! When everything was finished my car looked great and was really happy with everything turned out and how exceptional the whole crew and service was. So if you're in the HD area and need your car fixed in a reasonable time frame check out the super collision center! By the way, the receptionist is hot so if I get into another accident soon I really wouldn't mind taking it here again 😂

Supercollision is the best shop up in the HD, they are super nice and trustworthy and their work is always clean. Every time I had a problem with anything Chris had always help me fix it ASAP even if the problem was from a different shop. I’ve been going to them to do a lot of work on my car from interior to exterior, they also installed my upper Led grille and it came out amazing , but my most recent work with them was to fix my bumper by installing a quik-latch And did it under an hour this shop is definitely my go to.

I had my first car accident and didn't know the first steps to take. Super Collision walked me through the steps, reassured me and answered all of my questions. There was a lot of anxiety and frustrations with the other party's insurance company. Super Collision assisted in the communication with the claims adjusters. They are very knowledgable . Our limited edition Jeff Gordon Monte Carlo came back in pristine condition. Their customer service and quality of work was great. We are planning on having more custom work done by them. Their standards to detail and integrity are of the highest. We definitely would recommend them to anyone in need of Collision or Custom work. Our Thanks to the staff at Super Collision and Customs!

Chris and his team were nothing but amazing! I was so stressed out about having to leave our family car in the shop. They walked me through everything and I was able to get a rental from my insurance (that I didn't even know I was able to get). Chris truly put our worries to ease. Their work is also amazing! Our Durango looks brand new! And he reassured me that their work was guaranteed if for any reason I was unsatisfied with anything. I would gladly use them again and refer them to friends and family.

I have had my motorcycle painted here, they actually blew the picture up and framed it on there wall which is really awesome. I have also just recently had my brand new Nissan Altima worked on due to someone dinging my door, Chris and everyone helped out so much and did a fabulous job, you would never be able to tell my car had work done on it, still looks as if it came right off the lot, will recommend and return here is ever needed.

Quality of work is amazing! The only complaints I have is if I want to know about their progress, I have to call to find out the status of the job. It's always a it will be done Friday, then Friday comes it's gonna be done Monday. Call Chris he says let me find out because I'm not there. Call Tim he says let me call Chris even though Tim is at the shop and he can just look at the car! Front desk assistant is not told anything so she never knows what color paint or what car or estimated time of repair. It gives you the feeling that if you never called you would never receive your vehicle. The work they do however is amazing work. I Will recommend, "if you don't mind waiting a year for your ride to be finished" to try them out.

I went in needing a new front bumper, right front fender, and back bumper . They did an amazing job and worked with me so well especially because I was on a budget. As a woman I feel uncomfortable with consultations regarding my car and the women there made me feel so comfortable! I recently took my car to Super Collision Center after getting into my first accident. Initially, Chris was there to walk me through my claim and getting the process started with my insurance company. It was very new for me and Chris answered every single one of my questions with the utmost professionalism. Val was my customer service representative and she was there to provide me with an update every step along the way. The progress on my car, updates from my insurance claim, I could always count on her to be there for me during this difficult time. I’m glad I went to Super Collision and not once did they treat me like every other customer. They made me feel special and I knew my car was in good hands! I waited 6 months for my car and 16,000$ later they charged from AAA. I was fed up and pulled my car out it was literally giving back to me with no back brakes pad and i noticed some of car parts were switched out with worn out old cheap parts, I promise there is a special place in hell for auto shops and how greedy they all are it so horrible.

I wrecked my RV while on a trip. Chris from Super Collision told me that he could repair all of the damage within 2 to 3 weeks. I asked him to keep my rig plugged in as I had food in the refrigerator. I even gave him my electrical cord to accommodate. This was in July. Wasn’t completed until mid October. When I went to pick it up, Chris couldn’t find my cord. He bought one and I found out later that it didn’t fit. So I had to purchase another. The refrigerator stunk to high heaven as the food had spoiled from not having been plugged in and they didn’t throw the food away until the day I picked it up. Chris admitted that his employees failed to keep it plugged in. After several complaints Chris mailed me items that he said would remove the smell. I live in my rig full time and after 6 months it still stinks when I open the refrigerator. I now have to replace the refrigerator . Bottom line. One of the most difficult businesses I have ever had to work with.

First, I want to say that Everyone in this business was amazing. They were so nice to work with ,honest and genuine. Their customer service was exceptional. I came in to fix my driver side door due to a hit without insurance by other driver. We did a lot of shopping around, but was recommended this place and I don’t regret it. I took my 2006 Harley Davidson for body work and paint. I had a great experience beginning with Val, Wendy, and Karla in customer service, they were attentive, and always keeping me up to date on my bike. This is the best service I have ever had.Thank you so much girls. And then there is Chris the Manager, great guy went out of his way to see that my insurance coverd the work. I got some noisy lbody/paint repair completed on my Bimmer. Honestly, I was a bit frustrated at first because the process took longer than originally promised and I was unable to get my car back for a special weekend previous planned. Upon work completion, I went in to pick up my car and the owner Chris, explained the reason for the delay, took personal ownership for the hiccup and apologized for the delay. Because of his open and honest response I was able to forgive and look past the delay. I also want to clarify that a part of the delay was a result of the shop making sure they did quality work as they determined they need to blend and paint areas that were not originally identified, so needed more time to resolve the repair. Finally, I took a look at the work that was done and I am 100% satisfied with the work the shop did. You can't tell the Bimmer ever had a paint/body issue after Super Collision Center hooked it up.
