Great customer service! They took my truck even though it was close to closing time. Very knowledgeable and got my A/C going again. My family enjoyed the stay while we waiting. Waiting area was comfortable and they provided ice cold drinks and ice cream for the kiddos! Highly recommend!

I went into cruz auto after calling several other auto shops in the high desert. Not only did he give me the best price,but he was fast and extremely honest. The service took less time than I was quoted by other mechanics. I had my camera shop sensor replaced and I was able to use my own aftermarket part. I highly recommend their services. I never let anyone touch my car because I’m always scared there going to mess it up , I came here because a lot of people recommended Cruz auto to get my air condition in my car repaired and honestly I’m glad I did come , I had a really good experience . My kids & I where really dying in this heat and Cruz auto really saved our life , they got my ac back to working normally like it use to before it went out . I see some reviews are stating they take longer then expected but honestly they have more then one car , what do you expect ? I don’t know about others but I rather wait and have my stuff done correctly then have someone rushing to get the work done and your back in a week or two . I will be recommending there services to others and I will also be back to get my car serviced again . Thank you again .

These guys were some of the kindest and most helpful people ever. I got a PPI done by them, which was done really well and throughly. They gave me a deal, and took half the price off the original quote off just out of the kindness of their own hearts. Then, I had some issues with it right as I started to drive it home, and they helped me diagnose it, and even gave me a tutorial on how to fix that issue, and how to do some other basic car maintenance. They’re an awesome group of people and I would 100% recommend to anyone!

I was driving today and my serpentine belt had snapped, was in dire needs of a tow and a repair..one phone call an they where on there way immediately,made it to me in less then 10mins..granted by the time I got there it was nearing there closing time,they worked with me past there closing time..we got the belt fixed and to my surprise gave me a real sweet deal for both the tow and the serpentine replacement.. definitely won me over,so I will be returning for sure for future car issue's and maintenance..God bless 🙌 appreciate what yall did for me man,saved the day.
