I keep forgetting to write a review but one of the best mechanics shops in OX. Came in here with my 2015 Hyundai barely able to even make it. Got there and Carlos helped me out, he was very patient and understanding of your situation and tried his best to make things work out. They helped me out with the payments process since I couldn’t pay in full, which I am very grateful, they got everything you need and more 10/10 experience would recommend 👍

Very fast service, price was reasonable and service was great. Staff is great too. Replaced 2 tires and got an alignment. $800 cheaper than getting the same service at the BMW dealership. 2020 X3M.

Went in for a nail in my tire not my drivers window, didn't even tried to get my window back up and tried to convince me to leave it there overnight so they can charge me a lot then intended when their done, no thank you on financial entrapment . Manager was rude and unintelligent and seemed like he didn't understand what an example is when I tried to get thru to them about the issue. So I'm taking my business elsewhere. Hell dude just banged on my door like a caveman to try and get it back up and hell I just wanted it back up not fixed, not gonna pay for that if they screw up, they really outta say that they were gonna mess with the windows and if they are that lazy then there is something really wrong

I went in for check up on my rear tire , and they said it was fine and rotated my tires and broke two of my front wheel studs. I talked to the manager and he said it was like that already and didn’t want to replace them even though it was broken before. Been a long time client for over 5year and still didn’t want to own up to there mistakes. Just writing this so anyone else can be care with this Sketchy shop.

UPDATE: My tire pressure light went on! I went right back to these gentlemen. They checked my tires and found a tiny puncture in one of them. They repaired it and didn't charge me a dime. I highly recommend this location. I will come here for all my auto needs. And AGAIN! All the people in there were smiling. Staff and public. *First experience: My tire was flat! I took it in to these very professional, very sweet gentlemen and every one of them was willing to help. They all had a smile and a greeting as they made eye contact. It's clean and no one in that place looks upset. They found the problem with my tire, they repaired it and they charged me nothing! This is where my car will go for everything needed. Honesty and professionalism. Thank you so much.

This was my first experience with the Big Brand Tire company. I had a big nail in my back tire. It was a Sunday, and I was so glad that they were open. I couldn't believe that they offered to repair my tire for free, even though I didn't buy my tires from them! The man who helped me was very friendly and very professional. When I got home, I was going to top off my tires with the recommended air pressure, and I quickly discovered that they had already done that for me, without even asking them to do this. I had to tell my friends and neighbors about my good experience with Big Brand.

My day started off extremely stressful. I had a flat tire and was waiting for AAA to arrive. It was about an hour before closing when I called Big Brand Tires to see if they had the specific tires I needed for my Lexus SUV. Thankfully, they did. I explained my situation and asked if they would be willing to wait for me since AAA was about 15 minutes out. I knew it was cutting it close to closing time, but I really needed help. Without hesitation, they said, “Don’t worry about it. We’ll wait for you.” No extra charges. No frustration. Just genuine willingness to help. I arrived about 10 minutes before closing, and the team greeted me with smiles. There was no rushing, no complaints — just professionalism and kindness. They took my vehicle right in and replaced two tires. I even decided to upgrade to better tires for extra safety, and they made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Every part of the experience was exceptional — from the gentleman who answered the phone to the manager who made sure I was completely taken care of. They truly went above and beyond to turn a very bad day into a wonderful one.
