I bought my used Hyundai Sonata GLS here. The car runs great and looks new. About a month later I accidentally closed the trunk after shopping and locked my only key inside. My car insurance reimbursed me for a lock out fee. However upon opening the door the switch to pop the trunk did not work. I called Hussain, the man who sold me the car, in hopes he maybe had another key or knew how to get into the trunk. The locksmith would have charged me $150 (not reimbursable by my insurance) to open the trunk. Hussain immediately sent someone to help me free of charge. He was there within half an hour and now I know there is a small pull cord behind the rear seat that will let it down providing access to the trunk 😊 I am so grateful they helped me and I love my car!

The car that I bought from him is messed up and when I went up there multiple times I was given the run around and then told by an office manager that my car was sold as is and I should have inspected it before buying. Now I’m stuck with 5 kids and a vehicle that isn’t safe to drive. Update: do not bring your car here for mechanic work. I went by there yesterday because my wheel was making a weird noise and feeling when turning and they checked it out, told me it was a rack and pinion on the right side.. I said I dont think so because it’s my left wheel making noise. He told me that’s what it was and it’s fine and SAFE TO DRIVE… well, today it got worse and I called and that’s when the manager guy told me it’s not his problem… an hour later and I was driving on the interstate WITH MY BABIES in the car and I had to slow down due to the noise and everything worsening and the whole wheel basically snapped… the wheel bearing and hub assembly had came completely apart.. how careless of them to dismiss my concerns and tell me my car was safe to drive…. My kids could have died

If I could put negative stars,I would. We bought a Van from this place namely,Hasan,July 19,2025 for our son. We live in Texas and our son lives in Mobile,Al,so all we had to go on was the word of our son who said Hasan was a good person and he has known him for many years. We even talked to Hasan on the phone and he promised us he would get our son in a safe and reliable vehicle. We paid for the Van for our son and it was $6000.00 for a 2012 with over 100,000 miles. The van worked for less than 2 weeks and then the headaches started. We had it towed to a nearby auto shop where we received an estimate and video from the diagnostic test including a major safety issue of the stabilizer on front wheel had a crack in it and the stabilizer bar bushings were dry rotted and torn apart. There were so many issues listed and was going to cost over $4000.00 just to get it to crank and stay running. We called Hasan to tell him what was going on and he said that mechanic was just trying to rip us off and that he told our son if he had any problems with the Van to just bring it to him and he’d take care of it. We stayed in constant contact with him as he told us he would fix the Van and make sure it was working properly. This went on for weeks with excuses of “I’m waiting on parts” to finally ignoring our calls. We made our son go up to the place where Hasan told him…. I am not talking to your moms anymore,WOMEN KNOW NOTHING ABOUT CARS! He had no problem in taking a women’s money though. He told our son,I’ll deal with you man to man. Now here we are months later and our son got his Van back only a few days ago after Hasan kept it for months. Our son was told by Hasan to not come back if it stops working again….which meant WHEN it stops running again. He also informed him his business was being closed. I can see why. We paid him $6000.00 and he also came back and said the van was bought from an individual. On bill of sale he put another name. Hasan had us Zelle Big n Muscles. We also couldn’t get any paperwork for the “so called” all the work he did to it after it died. This place and person can not be trusted and I see the reviews are coming in now. I wished they would have been there before we lost our money. I even informed Hasan that I was on disability and this was most of my savings and he assured me that he would take good care of me. He sure did….TAKE ADVANTAGE OF A WOMEN AND DISABLED PERSON. STAY CLEAR OF THIS BUSINESS.I WILL BE CALLING THE STATE AND FILING A COMPLAINT. Our son has no way to work now no more money to buy another car. Yes…it is acting up again,just 2 days later of Hassan’s place fixing it.

Do not bring your car here for mechanic work. My wife and I went by there Wednesday because the left wheel was making a weird noise and feeling when turning and they checked it out, told me it was a rack and pinion on the right side.. told him that wasn’t it and he assured me it was and that the vehicle was fine and safe to drive… Not even 24 hours later and the entire wheel fell off while my wife and kids were driving. They have no regard for safety.
