DON'T take your car here. Gerold is a con man. I have had multiple problems with him and his repairs and not wanting to own up to a bad repair. Recently I got a simple tunup gave him all the parts he asked for, the check engine light was still on and saying I still needed a repair, to it back to him and he said he would have to charge me more just to even look at the car to see why he didn't properly fix the problem. Then toldd me and I quote "you didn't ask me to check the to see what the problem was, you just asked for a tune-up" like it's not his job to diagnose the problem, plus this was a lie since I bought him spark plugs he then said my wires need replacing also so I bought those, it took another machanic that didn't even look at the car to tell me I also needed to replace another part, but Gerold couldn't tell me this and ge examined the car he is a lazy machanic. This isn't the first time either he once ordered and put the wrong transmission in my wifes car then wanted us to pay for the additional right one and the labor. Don't go here the prices are as high as the dealer anyway.

I WILL NEVER TAKE A VEHICLE HERE EVER AGAIN!!! My Lexus was leaking power steering fluid so I took it there to have the leak fixed. While there, I was told that the serpentine belt broke on the car so I was billed for that being fixed as well but I was NEVER shown the broken belt nor the receipt for a new one when I asked. They also side swiped my car with another car and argued with me when I showed them the other car's paint on my car along with the damages that he didn't fix. My car started leaking power steering fluid about four months later and I took it somewhere to be fixed and was shown where Gerald half fixed the line by cutting it where it was leaking from and putting another rubber hose in between with clamps on the ends when I paid him to replace the whole line.

This man up charged me $379.00 on a $250.00 air compressor he bought from AutoZone and then kept the core charge. My a.c still not getting cold I went back 3 months later he doesn't honor his work even with your receipt, and my car now leaks coolant where as before it didn't.. Customer service is trash receptionist very unprofessional and rude. Their work ethic is trash avoid this shop at all cost!! #Heisascammer

Don't normally do reviews, but had to show my appreciation for the work done on my Audi A5. Was leaking water from my engine and couldn't figure out what was going on. Went to a few shops around town. NOBODY wanted to work on it. Was recommended this shop, so I brought it there. The problem ended up being a bad water pump. They had me ready to go in about a week. Can't thank them enough for the good work done. Thanks

Ok lady who picks up the phone is a little rude I would think you would want a person who is answering calls to be a little nicer to your customers so I suggest they get somebody who is a little bit more friendlier. My opinion I’d like someone friendly to pick up the phone? ☎️
