Gave me a good price on tires and good to work with. First put wheel weights on the outside rim they changed that and made it right now I can't check or air up inside duals have to stop at another tire shop to fix the problems. Plus wheels are scratched all over now and hit one with the claw breaking the bead. Really bad work.

What's good ya'll l,, I'm here right now at the southern tire mart in mobile and I have to say I'm very impressed and grateful I came here. Long story short I got 2 tires changed in Tennessee less than 24 hours ago and one of them went bad the tires purchased in Tennessee were with no warranty so they didn't have to honor a warranty but since they saw that the bad tire had 9 air leaks a good guy by the name of Matt took care of me and said it's not right and he'll take it up with the store in Tennessee. Man I have to say it's people like Matt that makes me still have some hope for this world, let's keep doing the right folks. Thanks again matt

Took longer than I was hoping, but guess the wait should be expected for a Saturday and considering I had 4 new tires installed and a front end alignment check. Overall I'm highly satisfied with their service, and will definitely come here when my other car needs new tires. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, and didn't try to pressure me into buying a more expensive tire than what I needed.

Although I haven't actually been a customer, I did have immediate management response when I called about a company-related situation. I was truly impressed at the concern for community members that I encountered. As a result, I will definitely consider Southern Tire Mart when I need my next set of commercial grade trailer tires. I only gave 4 stars since I haven't actually done business with them.

We have a lease van that our company using for delivery. Yesterday my driver had a flattire. We called the 800 number and they sent out Souther tire mart. They told my ddriver it would be about 90 mins. little over 2 hours later the repair truck gets there. He didnt want to replace the tire, he wanted to patch it, My driver told him no replace. Then the repair tech told my driver I have water would you llike some. He said yes!! mind you he's been on the side of the road for over 2-1/2 hour by this time. Then the tech told him it would be a dollar. I not sure if this is a one off for they but I'll never use this company again for road side service.

This Southern tire Mart always helps keep me and my company rolling. The customer service from everybody there is absolutely top notch, and the pricing is always fair and reasonable, especially compared to a lot of the other options that I have such as truck stops. As a small company, being able to pinch a penny anywhere we can is vital to our success, especially as we go through a lot of tires with our setup. I've been using this Southern tire Mart for over 6 years now. Started at the old location and they have always kept anything in mind with wheels rolling whether it be my four-wheeler my old scout. Any of my tractors are heavy machinery or just my wife's car. While Amos is my account manager and is someone to go above and beyond at any time which is truly remarkable in today's world of lack of customer service, The whole team there though, follows the same standard that he gives me for that they have a customer for life.
