Austin Elks was a top notch ASM from beginning to end. He was friendly, courteous, and responded promptly to any questions I had and very informative when unexpected issues with my car were found. He sat on the phone with my warranty company multiple times trying to reach them and ensured I saved a lot of money on the repairs that were needing to be done. Even at pickup he made sure to tell me what kind of issues may arise based on the battery replacement needed for my start/stop system. I personally would like to nominate him for employee of the month! I have always had fantastic service every time I have brought my car in to Jeep, and I will continue to do so.

The facility is very nice and inviting!!! The initial sales interaction went well, so much so, that I was excited to tell other family and friends about the dealership! After the delivery of the vehicle, it became a nightmare! I probably should have taken it as an omen when I first saw the vehicle that was shipped in from another state, and I didn't think I liked it. First of all, the vehicle (Used but a dream car), did not appear to be even detailed or washed before presenting it to a paying customer! There were some cosmetic interior issues that I should not have had to ask to be repaired before receipt of the vehicle. When the interior issues were addressed it was completely botched and even made worse. I was given a little bit of the runaround with multiple avoided phone calls and visits to finally get it taken care of. During that process I observed the maintenance sticker was outdated for an oil change, and that began another long drawn out process. Now 2 months later after the purchase I'm told the vehicle needed a new battery and would probably die on me at any moment. There were also other critical maintenance issues that should have been addressed prior to the sale for a major facility such as this. I didn't purchase it from a private person or off of Craigslist! THAT WAS THE WHOLE POINT!!! To make sure the purchase was reliable and safe!!! Now! After purchaseing a battery the vehicle still won't start!!! The runaround begins again with trying to get professionalism and consistency with the salesman, and simply getting in touch with, or a call back from a manager! If I could give zero stars, I would service department is absolutely horrible. Dropped off a vehicle. Was told should take four or five days total to get it taken care ofSix days later still was not looked at to be diagnosed.. Called five days after I dropped it off to see what the story was since had not heard anything , was given an attitude by the service writer and told well they’ll just get to it when they get to it Call back tomorrow to see if they’ve gotten into it. Call the next day given same attitude of get to it when we get to it stop calling. Will tell you when we get to it. After seven days, I finally just went and picked up vehicle without work being done. when picked up truck said I would like to speak to the manager was told by the service writer after he never bothered to call or ask for the manager well, I don’t know he might be in a meeting or something once again with major attitude.

I set up an appointment with the dealer. When I arrived they were professional, and courteous. However, having an appointment time didn't get me in right away at my scheduled appointment time of 12:45pm. So, my advice is have someone pick you up and bring you back later if you can't wait around. My service for an oil change and fuel filter took 4 1/2 hours because there were many customers ahead of me by the time I arrived, so I had to wait until they could get to my vehicle. They finally finished at 5:30pm. I understand these days this is just the way it is. I'm not upset about it, but I was expecting to be in and out with a reservation. I thought that was how it worked. The dealership is very clean, they had a waiting lounge with TV and free coffee and very clean restrooms. At the end I was pleasantly surprised that Michael reduced my service bill down from $410 to $284. Michael was very pleasant and professional to work with. I would return again for service to my vehicle. Overall, it was a very good experience.

We recently, December 2023, purchased a 2022 used jeep wrangler at the Mobile AutoNation store. There was an immediate issue with the jeep motor light coming on that required replacing major parts. Salesman had thought it was gas cap initially before purchase was made and promised a new gas cap if it occurred again. The Jeep only had 4k miles on it. We had traded in our 2017 Jeep. LONG story short Sales manager, Shannon as well as General manager, was super helpful and getting this resolved to our satisfaction. They gave us several options and we decided to back out of the deal completely. They refunded our money and we got our other Jeep back. They not only took care of refunding our money but they repaired a problem (at no charge) we had been experiencing for a long time with the 2017 Jeep module that needed replacement and we had waited months for a part. We were blown away by the level of integrity of this team. We highly recommend this company and we appreciate all of the help Shannon provided and plan to purchase another vehicle here in the near future with full confidence that we will be taken care of in an excellent manner. All businesses have suffered with parts and other issues In the last few years. Finding a company that is honest and has integrity is a very good thing! Thank y’all again!

We came in as budget customers, looking for a good deal on a workhorse without frills, and we were treated like we were there to buy a luxury vehicle. Communication was fantastic and so easy, the car was waiting for us when we arrived to view it and it was immaculately cleaned. Shamarcus made sure we got the moon and the stars and then some. Would have gave it a no star. Had service done at this location and it took 3 days for oil and filter change. Left there with the check engine light on. Had a recall worked on but they didn’t have the parts for that. Been 3 months now and 3 phone calls later they still can’t answer my question. Now the air conditioning and heating is not working 28000 miles and 2 years old.

After looking at 10 other dealers I finally got over to this one. Talked to Stan and told him what I was looking at online. Told him I’ll be there in 15 when I pulled up he was right out front waiting on me with the truck pulled up! After test driving and going back and forth between this truck and another finally decided to get this one. Stan was awesome and wasn’t one of those annoying over pushy sales men! I have nothing but great things to say about the whole staff here and the process they have for accommodating customers. I have been in the auto industry for about 13 years and I can tell you everything went perfect. Joseph Tolbert was my salesman and was as attentive and accommodating as you can get.
