If I could give a higher rating than 5 stars, I definitely would. We rolled into Mobile, AL later Friday evening. We planned to stop and stay here overnight on our travels back home and get back on the road first thing Saturday morning. What we didn't expect was to stay longer than planned. We were hearing a noise coming from the driver side rear wheel area, but we were unsure what exactly it was. All the questions started coming... where do we take our car on a Saturday, and will this be a place we can trust? Someone recommended Fausak Tires & Service. They were open today, and from the very first conversation over the phone with Jeremy, I knew we were in good hands. They got our vehicle in right away and found out what was wrong with it. The caliper had seized up and completely wore through the brake pads on the driver side rear wheel. They had to replace the rotor, brake caliper, and brake pads. They expedited the process and worked quickly to get us back on the road. A great big "THANK YOU" to Jeremy, Doug, another mechanic whom I didn't get his name, and the team at Fausak!! You guys are the best!! Thank you for taking such great care of us while we were there!

I can’t say enough good things about Fausak! I’ve been a loyal customer for decades, however my experience yesterday was so shocking in the best way, that I knew I needed to leave a review for these awesome people, and do my civic duty of letting other Mobilians where to go for their cars. STORY TIME: Yesterday, I got a flat tire on my way back to my office from lunch. Luckily, I was close enough to make it to our parking lot. After a fiasco with the company that AAA sent, my car had to be towed to Fausak, and I just wanted to cry. No one wants the sudden & unexpected expense of having to buy a new tire! However, since I am such a loyal customer, I have “road hazard” from Fausak on any tire I buy from them (which is every tire on my car). So, the replacement tire only cost $50. My car was towed away at 4:16 pm, and Fausak had my tire replaced before they closed at 5:30. I was able to drive it home last night and drive to work today. That outcome was better than my wildest hopes and wishes. From having an inoperable car at 2:00 pm, to having a drivable vehicle at 6:00 pm, all for the expense of $50?? What could have ruined my week actually made my day. I just don’t know of many companies that can take a disaster and turn it into a non-event. I will forever be grateful that my dad drilled into my head to always rely on Fausak, because he had always relied on them for his company’s fleet. And I have now drilled into my daughter’s head to always trust Fausak for her vehicle’s needs. The people at Fausak are so friendly and always go out of their way to take care of their customers. They are reliable, honest, always strive to go above and beyond, and have completely earned the unwavering loyalty and gratitude from three generations of my family.

I showed up an hour before they closed. An hour away from home,had had several "MEN" drop the ball and not help when I came out from work to discover a flat tire. I made it to Fausak and let me tell you..Jeremy was like a knight in shining armour!! He was kind, professional, and they got me up and headed home in no time! First off, Ryan was very nice and I know he’s not, necessarily, doing the work himself, so I can’t speak for the employees in the back. (This could have all been avoided if I had gotten 20” LT tires and not the 17” going off incorrect Nissan information.) So my overall issue is… I would think that people that work on tires all day would know better than myself on tires and trucks. Now I know they went off the door placard which states a different tire than was on the truck. (But the tires on the truck were the Nissan installed tires 275/65R20) now the tires were done correctly and everything though I didn’t realize at the time they were going to be a different style all together which will not support my 5th wheel camper being towed, fyi my 5th wheel hitch was in the back of the truck indicating I tow things… (which I shouldn’t have to follow up on someone else’s work that does it for a living.) My main issue (besides changing tire types all together to something I wouldn’t have wanted) is that my TPMS is still set to ~65+ psi for LT and I stopped by to double check on the tires rated max psi, which was 44psi, and I guess the “tire shop” doesn’t have the proper tools to set the TPMS to the lower value now. Overall I think they did perfectly fine mounting and stuff and they look great… it’s just irksome that it seems a lot of things were overlooked or questions weren’t asked just to receive a sup-par product that I was not happy with. (I shouldn’t have to follow up on it.) My learning from this is that I am replacing that damned Door Placard with the incorrect Nissan information for a Passenger tire vs a Light Truck tire.

I have used Fausak as well as another mechanic in the city and oil change garages for years. They were all fine but I have always been treated very well at Fausak. No complaints. But this time I had Jeremy Hudson. He was so awesome. So kind, so sweet, so helpful. I am a customer for life. He epitomizes what real customer service looks like. Thank you for making an old lady feel heard, showing me the actual issue with my car and then making an awful and inconvenient situation almost a pleasure.

I’ve done Business with faucet ‘s for about 35 years. I was concerned to hear that they had sold out to another company, but once entering the business and speaking with Josh, all of my concerns were thrown out the window. I told Josh that I wanted the same tires that I had on my truck. He explained once reviewing his stock they have the tires in stock the prices that he quoted me was more than fair compared to other prices I looked at.. they replace the tires on my truck aligned and balanced, and I was out the door with a fantastic ride in less than an hour and a half which I thought was awesome. I would definitely recommend people to go to fausak tire and service or return if you were a pass customer to get the same customer experience that I had

Can’t say enough good stuff about this place and staff. I was experiencing a slight shake the previous day driving down from Atlanta. I took my car on right after they opened on a Friday. I explained the situation and they were able to fit me into an obviously busy day. They found one tire slightly unbalanced and rebalanced it and sent me on my way without taking payment. This would be my tire shop if I lived in mobile. Highly recommended.

I normally do not do reviews but, I am extremely grateful for Ryan and his team at Fausak Tires & Service off Government Blvd. In Mobile, AL. I somehow acquired a nail in my brand new BMW w/run flat tires and did not drive but a 1/2 mile to their shop. Supposedly you can drive up to 50 miles on them according to my salesman at BMW. I was not in the best mood when I arrived but Ryan still was patient and kind to me. Then after I was told that I needed a new tire that my tire was ruined and disintegrated I was really not pleasant. I thought that I had taken the rim and insurance on my car that I just bought so he told me to call BMW which was only a few miles from this shop. After speaking to my not so helpful Service Advisor at BMW, She stated that they did not have the tire I needed in stock and it would be a few days before they could get it. So she was no help to me. RYAN even got on the phone with her to try and help me. Whatever she told him he said that that was not in the best interest for me and it would be more aggravating for me. He then told me that they could get a tire in the very next day, Hopefully by 10 AM and they would call me when my car was ready to be picked up. I received a call at 11:08am the next morning from Ryan telling me that my car was ready to be picked up. Every person in the office and shop were very polite and very nice even though I was stressed, not very pleasant and trying to figure out how I was going to get home. In less than 24 hours they got a very different style tire in for me and my car is back home with me. I will be doing business with them again. Thank you Ryan and The Fausak.
