I went to grease monkey In Tillman‘s corner, they didn’t have the filter that I needed so they sent me to this location. They told me I could come to Dauphine Street or Moffett Road location. I choose Dauphine St Location where I am very much pleased with the service that I receive. The manager James took very good care of my needs as well as Jessie. They went over everything that they saw that needed attention. Explain to me what it was for just very informative. I would definitely visit this location again.

I was dreading getting my oil changed after using Take 5 a year ago and having them destroy my last vehicle. I stopped by Grease Monkey on Dauphin street to get my oil and other fluids topped off and was helped by Lamar and James. Both were awesome and didn’t make any expensive or unnecessary suggestions. They gave me good advice on what products were best for my vehicle and chatted with me while I waited. I had a fantastic experience at this location highly recommend family and friends. Come see these fine folks at Dolphin St., Jacob. The pit technician was outstanding with his callouts, very informative and even informed me that I needed an engine all system cleaner done on my 2013 BMW X3 28I also later found that I also needed an air filter which is altered in to go ahead and do both and the fuel injection cleaner. My vehicle is running 100% better than what it was when it first rolled into the shop store manager I can’t remember her name wasn’t awesome outstanding lady. I’m very down home to earth. I definitely would be back as a customer and as a former employee definitely will continue doing Business at this location For my oil change and vehicle service needs all you find folks at dolphin Street keep up the outstanding customer service work
