They were pretty nice, a little disorganized. The work was done fast but the glass they used already had two scratches on the driver side on the inside of the car there is some kind of adhesive or glue about the size of three quarters on the driver side corner. It has since scratched on the outside, fogs easily inside and out, etc... Glass DOT rating is not the same as some of the competitors as I found out when replacing my passenger side window after someone tried to break in. Eventually I will now be replacing my windshield again. I mainly went with them because I needed a replacement fast which they did but I wish I would have waited and spent the extra 10-30 and had a better glass and installation.

I bought a Windshield, it cracked from the top to 3/4 of the way to bottom. It cracked due to being WEAK Glass. There is NO chip marks in the glass, I went back, BEFORE the Shop Manager got within 30 feet of the car. He started telling me it had been hit. He took my phone number,,,,,,he never called ME. When I called him back the next week. I was told (by same Man) That he needed to discuss the issue with his "Supplier"! I waited a week, after never getting a call back. I was then told. That I needed to bring my car back and LEAVE it ALL day on a Tuesday. So bring it back for the 3rd time. Not going to happen. DO NOT GO THERE! When I got ready to pay the bill on the day of purchase. I was told that the card reader was not working,,so I would need to go get some CASH! Also, I had to take it back after a week, because the seal had came lose and was flapping against the top of my car. They didn't replace it, just put my glue on it. So, after taking it back for a pitiful install, the windshield cracked from top to bottom. Then was told on the 3rd trip back I needed to leave it all day, and maybe,, IF, his supplier said he would give him another one at no charge. He would install it in my car.. I'm cutting my losses, Going to reputable installer. Don't waste your money. All 4 times I went there the manager was having HIS Hummer worked on. The only important person around Payless is The Shop Manager.

We had a door window replaced without incident. They had great prices. But when the window came off it's track, the owner wouldn't stand behind his work. He charged a $50 service fee to get it fixed. The guy who did the work was great

The owner seemed very professional when I arrived but upon my return to make the payment for the service, he was very different in the manner that he spoke with me. I believe that he was trying to impress another man who had also arrived when I did. I felt slighted by the owner. I won't even complain about the fact that he changed the price for the service by five dollars. Terrible interaction with customer.

The owner was very nice and professional about my service. I went in because my window controller would not work after letting the window down on a very cold and rainy day. He offered a temporary fix to let the window up and for me to order a replacement switch. He stated they would pop the replacement switch in at no charge. The service was $65 to let my window back up. I will be returning to have my switch placed this week as it has arrived. So far, so good! All the staff were nice and friendly.

The sales rep was very rude. She demanded I pay $20 now and it couldn't be added to my bill In full and I prepay now. “ I needed to pay her secretary “$20 separate” for an estimate. I use to be a car salesman and she was highly unprofessional. Very unprofessional and demanding. Now you lost a customer and get nothing. Nothing against the business they were the cheapest option but her nasty attitude made it to where I went with someone $100 more. I forgive her but if she’s going to be an honest face for your company she needs to be more kind to her customers to make a sale. I sold cars more by just talking to people about their daily lives and not force/ threaten someone to do something.
