I recently had an incredible experience with A Precision Auto Glass. While driving from Florida to Texas, a rock shattered my passenger window. Not only did A Precision Auto Glass stay open late to accommodate my unexpected arrival, but they also went above and beyond to ensure I could get back on the road safely. It's rare to find such dedicated and caring service these days. They truly took care of us, and I can't thank them enough!

They did a fantastic job for me! I have a 99 jeep which had a perfect windshield until a few weeks ago and a rock hit it on the interstate! So, I stopped by Precision Auto Glass and they fixed it for me right away! They couldn't have been nicer. Highly recommend!@!

I came in early on 12-9 desperately trying to find somewhere to fix my rearview that fell off. I was worried it couldn’t be fixed and I was gonna have to get a new windshield. The sweet man that helped me looked at it told me they were gonna fix me up and brought my car back to in a little over 30 mins and it looked like nothing ever happened to it. Amazing customer service. !

Excellent customer service and phenomenal price comparison! You will not regret choosing this company. They saved me $600 on my windshield replacement, shuttled me home while replacement took place and when my brand new windshield was chipped 2 days later, they fixed it at no cost. They were always incredibly friendly and professional. I’m so glad I found this place!

I called last week and this was the cheapest repair with a lifetime warranty. $240 for my new windshield. Whoever answered the phone sounded so friendly and she was incredibly helpful. I ran a few minutes late today because I took a wrong turn. This didn't delay it at all long, surprisingly. Also, even worse.. I handed the keys to the mechanic and my truck wouldn't start. We just replaced the battery, alternator, and serpentine belt too. They checked my battery for me. He noticed the terminal leads had loosened; so he tightened the screws for me and then they went to work. It took them less than an hour to replace my windshield. You'd think that I'd have had to wait longer or that I'd be charged extra somehow, right? Nope. Amazing service. Great people. Fair pricing.

Absolutely wonder service! My windshield cracked and within a day because of the cold weather i had a crack that extended the whole way across. Not wanting to deal Safelite because of a previously bad experience, my husband called Precision. They told me to head on in that morning and they could get me finished within 90 minutes. Great quality service and a very friendly team. Reba and Renee kept me company while i waited. It looked like when everything was finished they even gave my car a wash and a vacuum. In the event we need more glass work on our vehicles we will return.

Initial contact with A Precision, a rear view mirror had fallen in one of my cars. I stumbled across this shop while trying to get it fixed, I explained my issue, they requested I bring the car in, they fixed it at no charge and requested i rememder them. Fast forward 2 years. Gave them a call spoke to LaRevia, I explained my issue of a 32yr old car with a cracked winshield and a broken side pop out window that's nolonger made. they started the search for the popuot. they found and orded it. They gave me a ride home while they located and reaired my car and offered to pick me up if i couldn"t get a ride back, They replaced the popout and the winshield. On top of that, the initial person that helped me was new, and worked in finance. . The A Precision staff and quality of work gets an A++ in my book.

Took my Cadillac XT5 to Bullards and they recommended getting APAG for replacing the outer seal in the sunroof. It was a big job that required removing the headliner and sunroof so it wasn't cheap but when they finished installing it, it looked better than the original. Any auto glass work I have done is going to be with these guys.

They did a good job and they have a good reputation. However, the people I interacted with were not very personable. Most service-based business are thankful that you, as a customer, are choosing to give them your business as opposed to one of their competitors. The interaction I had with A Precision Auto Glass felt like they were reluctantly doing me a favor.

Super friendly service, I mean, truly good-hearted people. My windshield replacement required a little more than the standard installation, but it didn't prevent them from working in a very expedient manner. From ordering the windshield, to dropping off my vehicle, to getting it back, was all very timely. Communication was great across the board, and the handling of the insurance side of things was painless. The owner even drove me to work after leaving my vehicle. They definitely earned a customer for life. Thank you, A Precision!! Job well Done!!

I am really disappointed. The service is good but the people working here are very careless. I had to talk to the manager to check the problem again. Because it can greatly affect my car. It is not safe for the car. Because of that, I am not satisfied. I take full responsibility for what I said.

I was so pleased with the team at Precision Auto Glass, They were recommended to me, and they did not disappoint! Reba and the ladies in the office was so sweet and patient and so kindly offered hot coffee on this cold morning, Daniel and his team were efficient and were quickly solving my sunroof glass issues, and even put air in my low tires, such a professional group! Exceeded expectations. Not the first time we've used their repair services. They got us in as soon as we arrived, the customer service was excellent, and Renée in the front was the highlight of the experience. The repair staff were all frie diy, and the service didn't take to long, and we had an entire new windshield placed in a F350. I'd for sure choose their services again. Their signage was a bit sus, though 😀
