I hate having to write this, because Brice is a good mechanic and honest, but he does not answer the phone and does not communicate. He’s had one of my vehicles for months now, and if I want an update I have to drive up to the shop to get an answer from him. He needs to either hire some help at the front desk or answer the phone.
