Told me what I’d get minimum I’d get 37k for my trade in. Possibly more when they see the vehicle. I drove 35 mins to get there. My car has only 8k miles. Perfect condition. And the sales supervisor says he will give me 35k. I said that’s not what your sales person. He said the salesman lie to get you in the store. My 10 year old daughter said out loud. That’s pathetic. So we left.

These guys are great. They are the real deal when it comes to customer service. I, myself am a very difficult customer. I check every little thing and I am nitpicky when it comes to purchasing used vehicles. I purchased a black 2018 Nissan Altima from Geoffrey who I highly recommend as a sales associate, he's knowledgeable and has a good handle on being truthful in tough situations. But what I would brag about is the GSM in the front lobby. I have been pretty difficult with this fellow, showing up during the few days following the purchase, and holding them to a word-guarantee that they gave me, that they would fix anything within-reason that was showing up during the next few days after purchase. I had an alternater issue, and was worried that it would get brushed off when I said something, but when I went in, he did exactly what I expected, and said: "Bring it in on the next business day, and we will have a mechanic look at it and take care of it, or you feel free to go get it done, bring back the bill, and we will foot the bill." Buying used cars is a risky business. But these guys will literally take care of any little problem you can find prior to the purchase, and if you ask, they probably will offer you a reasonable grace period that most would not want to provide (when it comes to meeting a bottom line). As a difficult customer who does not trust people who sell high priced, and used items- I actually highly recommend these guys to anyone who is having trust issues while scouring the AL coast area looking at used vehicles. 10/10 Stars

Went up there Saturday for a truck we saw online and guy named Noah said the truck was still in service, we give him our info to call us when the truck is done. So today is Monday and Noah called saying the truck is ready and we tell him we will be there in an hour to test drive and purchase it… we get there and another guy comes up to us and tells us someone is doing paperwork and purchasing it now… Im very disappointed because he didn’t let us know that!! DON’T RECOMMEND TRUSTING NOAH

car was in shop for 2 weeks and they did not fix it. the Tire pressure system was reported to be fixed and billed as such. when i picked up the car it still did not work. the Brake issue did not get fixed as they could not find the part yet they charge me for trouble shooting. Very poorly run service department. communication was awful.

On time and prompt service. But what made my service so special was the attention to detail and concern given me by (Service Rep) Ms. Amy Young. In addition to normal routine maintenance service, I had a warranty issue that she handled quickly and gave me the GM response with extra explanation within an hour while my service was being performed. Was told I'd have my wife's suburban back on a Monday which would've been about a week but the service department manager called us on Thursday afternoon to pick our car up.We were without our vehicle fir only 3 days. They handled everything , the warranty coverage, the rental car, wemt above and beyond. Overall great experience and we were expecting the opposite dealing with a big chain dealership. Extremely satisfied !!!!! Needless to say we will definitely use them anytime we have car trouble or need to buy another vehicle. Thank you Joe Bullard!

Called twice to get price on a tire and ordered the second time. I was told $255 for the tire and $290 and some change out the door. Charge was $350!!! Also was told since they ordered it the day before and came right at opening (first one there) it wouldn't take longer than 30 minutes. Well that was an hour and a half the time you would wait for 4 tires and this was ONE!! This was my first and only time here. Terry Thompson is worth the drive. I feel ripped off. Updated: July 1st. When they respond to these reviews saying they would like to reach out, it's a lie. I called them last week wanting an explanation and was told someone would call back. That was a week ago, and nothing!

Dropped my truck off for a service for an appt that I waited a month for. After having the truck all day, they said it’d be done 9:30-10am the next day. After not hearing anything by lunch, I went up there to get an update. Needless to say I picked up the truck after sitting there a day and half without being touched.

My 2024 Equinox lost power while driving down Moffatt Rd last Saturday. I was able to pull off the road into a parking lot and called AAA. The tow driver they sent said he would take us to the service department of Joe Bullard instead of where AAA wanted to send us. When we arrived there we were met by Amy Young who listened to what had transpired. Originally we were told it would probably be Monday before it could be repaired but she conferred with the mechanics there and they agreed to look at it then as they thought they knew what was the cause. Bottom line is we were back on the road inside of an hour! Thanks for helping us out of this jam!

My truck had strange problem with the tag lights, brought my truck in to Tyler in service. He and his mechanic did a bang up job, Very professional and by the point I had brought my truck to Tyler I was frustrated after dealing with other dealers service departments, so I'm sure I wasn't the most pleasant person he delt with, he showed me the utmost respect while ensuring my problem was solved. It's wonderful to see a business with actual customer service!. Can't Thank them enough!

Be careful ordering GM parts from here. We ordered a GM part it came in and look used at best. They said to try it and they would order another one but it would be another 3 days. The first one they gave us failed a smoke test and flashlight examination for leaks and holes, second one same issue. Not once did the take the time to offer a partial refund or credit (even after asking if they would make it right) they just blamed GM for the issue considering our vehicle was not driveable for a week due to faulty parts from them or the fact of how much gas and time we had to spend going back and forth very disappointing.
