Hit something on I-70 just west of Morrison and got a flat on passenger-side rear tire. Got a tow to Big O (new Honda CRVs no longer come with a spare). Big O was able to work me in pretty quickly and, although they could not plug my tire (two holes too close together to plug), they installed two new tire and had me on my way in about 90 minutes. My Big O Team Member was Dalton and I appreciated his explanations and attempts to get me rolling again without having to buy new tires. In the end, we couldn't quite make that work, but he did all that was possible to try.

I just went for a $20 tire rotation, and they did a super thorough inspection of my suspension included! My husband has to have surgery in 2 days. When we got in my car to go to an appointment my driver side front tire was super low. Of course, timing is everything and I went into worry mode. We took the car to Big O Tires and they were so kind. Everyone was friendly and professional. After a short bit Dalton U. let us know they found a nail embedded deep in the tire. They were able to repair it AND there was no charge. We have used our neighborhood Big O Tires in the past and will definitely continue taking our vehicles to them. HUGE THANK YOU TO THE TEAM AT BIG O TIRES!! You have no idea just how much you helped us.

I was incredibly dissatisfied with the service here. I scheduled an appointment for 9am 2 days in advance. Joel told me they had the tires in stock. At 8:30 am on the day of the appointment they called to tell me the they didn’t have the tires yet and that they’d call me back around 2pm when they got them. I never got a call. Not even one to tell me they wouldn’t have them that day. They ended up calling me at noon the next day. For something that costs $1000 you’d expect decent service.

My car was giving me a low tire pressure warning on Saturday morning so I took it to big O on Saturday afternoon. They informed me that there was a three hour wait, but they filled up my tire and told me to come back if it kept losing air. It was cold so I thought it might have been the weather. Later that night I ended up finding the nail in my tire, so I made an appointment and brought it in Sunday morning, they were quick, informative, and friendly. Joel did a great job and got me out the door quicker than he estimated. Great experience!

Edit- 12/26/25- About a week ago ended up here again for another tire puncture and these guys took good care of me! Very friendly staff over phone/in person and they are knowledgeable and up front with quotes for services and products. Lorenzo helped us figure out what we needed by phone and scheduled an appointment a week out so they could order a couple new tires for my car. We paid a small deposit to hold the tires for the appointment which went towards the total cost. Shawn was very friendly in store and helped the process go smoothly from the time I got there to the time I left. I was only there an hour or so and it felt quick. Very happy with the quality of service here. I highly recommend this location for anyone needing car services.
