I had a flat and desperately needed new tires and when I showed up to my appointment I was given so much reassurance. My expectations were exceeded upon pick up! The tires I had ordered weren’t able to be delivered in time so they put me in a set that they found better fit my needs and I couldn’t be happier. I feel safe driving my truck again! I brought my wheels to have the tires swapped to my new rims. Jordan helped me out and had them done quick. It was nice that they got my smaller task worked in to the day earlier since every other centers (L.S. or D.T.) always back burnered my wheels so I was able to get the car back to driving with time left in the day. Jordan and the crew here at Big O are great group. Definitely recommend.

Big O Tires-Lake Stevens. Don’t lie to valued customers. Brought my 2022 Ford Ranger in to get front end alignment, and rotate and balance. Left side camber was off and wearing inside of tire. After hours of being at shop was called to pick up, saying they could not rotate tires and only a small adjustment was needed so no charge. As I picked up truck noticed that tires had been rotated and tire camber is still out, (can visually see left side is out). I have bought tires and other service from this location, and you have lost a customer. If the car is in for service do the service.

The staff here were amazing. Very friendly, I came in for tires and i realized i had a bad coolant leak on the way. They had my coolant leak diagnosed in a matter of minutes and didn't try to screw me on the price to fix it. They were also very patient and were willing to let me see the tires on the truck before as I was unsure wich ones would look the best. I will Definitely be returning.

Took my Silverado in for a tire rotation and TMS Sensor replacement yesterday. Jordan was outstanding! They completed the rotation, replaced the sensor in the one tire I specified and got me out the door. The sensor had been a problem since I bought the truck and Chevy wouldn't listen to me for the fix. The TMS warning light only came on after being on the freeway for 10-15 minutes, and the display clearly indicated which tire was not reading. As soon as I was back in town at a lower MPH the TMS light would go back off. But Chevy would only scan the tire and told me nothing was wrong, i.e. they wouldn't listen to me because... what do I know right. Jordan at Big O Tires listened. They swapped it out and let me drive it for a day to see if the problem was fixed. He followed up with me the next day to see how everything worked out and low and behold, no more TMS light on the freeway. As someone new to the area, I'll need tire service from time to time and well, they just made a long term customer out of me. I'll be back when it's time to swap out the shoes. Thanks Jordan, that's what I'm talking about!

I can't even begin to tell y'all about how horrible these guys are. I RARELY will leave bad comments or negative reviews. I am so sad. They will take you to the cleaners in a heartbeat and tell you things that are NOT wrong to make more money. I am so disappointed. Families are going through enough in this time. The only reason we went there in the first place is because they offered a payment plan that we could use to get the problems fixed with our vehicle and get new tires because of the season. When we ended up with a flat tire on the brand new ones not even a few months after we had it they tried to tell us that we had to buy four brand new tires. My husband talked with them back and forth until they agreed to sell us one tire but we had to put it on ourselves. Fast forward to today and my husband drove an hour down to have them look at something that needed to be fixed. They tried to tell us that they had to do a total of $3,000 worth of work in total because before they could fix the problem that was on the front tire they had to do work on the back end of the car. Mind you there's no problems with the back end of the car. The only reason we went to Big o tires is because we thought the front end was still on warranty. So my husband left and took it to someone that we knew and trusted personally. When my husband told him what Big o tires did he couldn't believe it. Nothing on the back end of the vehicle needs that kind of work. Which we already knew that. I understand in the world of mechanics and shops and whatnot that people have to try to make money. But why create problems for others when it's not necessary. Especially this time of year and knowing that people's vehicles are one of the most important things they have. Our first experience with them was amazing and it was so grateful. But the last two I'm done. And I know some people are going to say oh we had a great experience with them and that's fine. We did not and I would not recommend anybody go back to this place. The people seem to be kind. So I'm not really sure the individual my husband was speaking to. But I would always get a second opinion when somebody tries to tell you you need to dump $1, 000s into your vehicle. Especially if you have the ability to go to someone you trust.

Well after being told multiple time I could not buy just 1 or 2 tires since I had 4x4. I hade to have all four .(due to tread depth) okay. So I get my tires. Just 3 the 4th was the friday before. So full set of tires. And I am off to the pet store and my wheel starts to bang passanger front. Headed back. Speed sensor is busted slight damage to the rim. And (not sure if it was like thay before hub wobble.) Okay get told who ever did this before messed it up( over 5 years ago) okay. Also a stud was spinning. So they replace the stud or all the studs. They tell me to come back the next day and then proceed to tell me my speed sensor cable. Is taking 2 + hours because they did not have a torq star that fit. Basically giving me a run around on why I have spent nearly 6 hours of my time to get 3 tires replaced! Still wondering if I should have let them fix it. They seem to want to fix their mistake but not take responsibility for it. Tires seem great! But the service is lacking. Nice enough , And skill if it takes over two hours for a tire shop to replace a speed sensor cable due to a missing torq bit, with 2 auto parts stores a Ace and a Les schwab across the street.
