Honestly this place is a mess. Worst customer experience and no accountability for anyone on that company. Went and got tires about 18 months ago. When I picked my car up I discovered they hit the front of my car on there lift. They tried to denied they did anything wrong. After submitting multiple claims nothing happened.
I bought a few thousand dollars worth of tires with a 65,000 mile warranty. This weekend I got a screw in my tire and I took it in to them and they would not fix my tire. They said after only 25,000 miles on my tires I had to replace all 4 and warranty wouldn’t cover it. After sitting there for 2 hours with a young child and cranky toddler I left and went to Les Schwab where I should’ve bought tires original and they fixed my tire to probably for free.
Please save yourself and not go to them. These people have no respect or accountability for their actions or products. I wish I could go back and listen to my gut to not let them touch my car.

Overall the visit went well and they performed the service in a timely manner and were very professional. However the screws/clips whatever they are that hold on the cover below the engine that has to be removed to access the drain plug were not replaced or were damaged during the service and is hanging down. I contacted the shop that did it and they said to bring it in today and they will ensure the cover is secured properly.
