the people are friendly and nice, but they didn't repair my vehicle correctly. i got my bumper replaced, and it's already falling off again and it hasn't even been a week since i've picked my car up. i will never take my car here again, and i'm going to tell all of my friends and family about how they didn't a horrible job at their attempt to fix my vehicle.

I've used the Marysville location several times over the last 5+ years and they always do super work. I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone who needs body work. Motor and electrical issues they usual contract out or recommend someone else. And they always kept me up to date on repair progress.

If I could leave a zero star review I would. Don't trust them to keep your vehicle safe while in their possession. My uncles truck was stolen from their lot. The person rammed through the gates and this business is accepting no liability for it.

Gerber Collision in Marysville did a fantastic job! They worked swiftly and the car (350z) looks awesome. The staff went above and beyond by providing me with updates every other day about the car while handling everything through the insurance company. I recommend this business to everyone looking to get a great quality repair done in a timely fashion. They also warranty the quality of their work. I just picked up my brother-in-law's car from Gerber Collision in Marysville. It was hit at full speed (25-30mph) while parked resulting in major damage(requiring replacement) to a quarter panel and two wheels and minor damage to BOTH bumpers (pushed into the car parked in front of it). My brother in law is in the Navy and was hoping to pick it up and drive it to his new duty station less than two weeks after the accident. When they heard that they said they would try to get it done before he got back but couldn't make any promises because parts alone usually take at least a week to come in for this vehicle. They had it done on time (actually, I think it was a day early) looking better than before the accident and fully detailed. The paint job is beautiful and the Z looks like new. The new quarter panel had to be welded in and the metal looks seamless! Everything was done quickly but they take great pride in their work and the quality is wonderful. They even stayed late so I could pick it up on time for my brother-in-law. :-) If you take your car to them you are leaving it in great hands and the cars are parked in a secured location (not just in an open parking lot). Bottom line-They have fantastic people on their staff who take great pride in their work, complete the repairs in a timely fashion, and do a very high quality job.

The guys I have talked to in the office were really cool. It doesn't help that my insurance wouldn't give them approvals right away and everything. But my truck was supposed to be done a week ago today and still won't be done till next week. The paint department is extremely slow and I have been on the bottom of the list since its been there. I probably won't go to them again. Just wish they would speed up there process.

I've been here two times to get my car repaired. Both were good experiences. Today, I went in for an estimate and they "didn't have time" They wanted me to come back Thursday or Friday. Or schedule an appointment. I told them I've NEVER needed one before, or have got this type of treatment. I made the trip from South Everett because I've been here before and got good service. I would be very pissed if I had to come back out again the same week. They then told me to go to another auto body shop down the street. I will not go back, and will never tell anyone to bring their car here again. They can take their crappy, lazy "I don't want to do" attitudes and stick it! Three people sitting on their computers doing nothing. If that's what you pay your employees to do, turn down customers/clients. Then you don't want business at all.

Don't ever go to these guys for anything. Two days after them having my car they sent an email stating it'll take one week till they're done. The next day they send an email stating it's all done, 45 minutes before they closed on a Friday. They then expected us to pick it up before closing, not considering normal people are at work. After that trouble, we picked up the car later and found a big crack in our windshield that they neglected to tell us about. I had to call multiple times, with them not returning my calls. Finally I took the car in, they looked at it and said let us talk about it and see what we can do. Almost an entire week went by with no word, so I called again. They said they would call me back, but never did. So I called again, they then said the crack was previously there even though they didn't mention it in the beginning report and that we would have to pay $1400 to fix it. The crack was never there and when I argued with the guy he hung up on me.

Update on my previous post below. I have yet to hear back from the General Manager, Jared Delgado. Seems as if they’re are trying to ignore me in hopes that they don’t have to repaint the bumper. The lack of customer satisfaction and professionalism is astonishing. I will report every week with an update until I hear back from them just to show how long this process takes. I should add that we have been dealing with them since April! THREE MONTHS! Thats unacceptable.

My experience with Gerber was an extremely positive one. I very much appreciated the communication from Harper as he kept me informed during the entire process of having my truck repaired and it was even done ahead of schedule. I can't thank them enough for the quality of work done and the high level of customer service

I will only work with Gerber Collision. The employees are fun, professional, and thorough. They took the time to explain everything that needed to be done with my car and updated me on the status. And they finished my car a week ahead of schedule. When I arrived to pick it up, I was happy to see that they had taken the extra step of cleaning my car, inside and out.

Having a damaged car is never fun. Gerber Collision in Marysville made the process easy. They were super transparent about the cost and time it would take to repair my truck. They took the care to explain the initial quote and the damages. Plus, made it understood there could be more damage found once it was taken apart. Updates to damages and costs were thorough and timely. Super happy with the service provided. Five Stars *****

Working with Gerber collision and glass in Marysville so far has been less than satisfactory! While I do receive messages twice a week regarding my truck, I can never get any direct answer to a single question. They have had my truck for TWO months now, when I ask for an ETA I’m only told “I don’t know” or “there is still no ETA”. They finally got the parts and when I asked how long it will take to do the work I was told “maybe by April…” that means it’s gonna take a total of FOUR months to fix a front wheel?!? I had my insurance adjuster call, someone at the shop told them it would be done in 4 days… I was never told this so I called after the adjuster to verify and all I was told was “I don’t know anything about your truck so I can’t tell you when it will be done…” how does it take 4 months to fix ONE wheel? Even if it takes 2 months to get all the parts, how does it take another 2 to fix it? And why is it when I call/text to get updates not a single person in the shop can answer my questions?? The texting is supposed to provide updates and answer questions, but in 2mon I haven’t been able to get any clear answers! Then someone tells my insurance it will be done in 4 days, but when I call the shop no one knows?!? I’m a single parent with no car for 2 months already, and supposedly for another 2. It would be nice to get a STRAIT answer on what the hell is going on with my truck!

My car is back and looks amazing!!! Thank you Gerber the receptionist Barbara helped calm my anxiety with the whole situation and Kelli was amazing when i arrived she explained everything as we did the walk around check & that there may be other internal damage which the estimate was pretty much on point to the original total but the team kept me informed & at ease!!! I honestly was worried about all the negative reviews on all collision shops but Gerber was amazing and i would definitely recommend them to family & friends

There is a woman there who gets off at telling people “your car is ready for pickup” you show up and she’s smiling why you’re wanting to cry. It would be great to know these I had to pay more than my deductible before showing up. Wasting time and gas with an ugly smile is beyond weird. I’m great with customer service the mechanic are here. But she will cut you off barely explain and just hold a piece of paper smiling. Do they have compassion or grace? No no they do not. She charged us the deductible, but we are suppose to get a fat check that includes the deductible. So if we get the check than they have to pay us deductible. If we all are waiting for a check why didn’t have to pay the deductible for you too still hold on to my car. Weird.

I took my mother’s 2021 Kia Soul in to fix and repaint the rear bumper after a little fender bender. They did a horrible job paint matching. On top of that, they refuse to repaint it because it’s “good enough” and have yet to call back after multiple attempts. I highly recommend going elsewhere if you want proper customer service. Take a look at the pictures and you be the judge if that’s 100% customer satisfaction.
