Israel is back! After a year at another location, Israel has returned to the La Mirada location. He has taken care of both mine and my wife’s car. The service here is exceptional and largely due to Israel. Went there recently for a flat. In and out quickly. All of the staff is great.

We went to Big O to replace some shocks on our car. They did the job well and quoted the lowest price of all the shops I called. However, we had to go back 3 times after the service since our call started making rattling noises in the rear. They re-installed the shocks for us which solved the issue. Their customer service/policies are very good since they didn’t charge us for any of the after-visits but I wish they had done a more thorough job from the beginning.
