Big O tires was fantastic. I called them at 5pm and they were able to bring me in at 5:30 and get my car back to me by 6. The desk guy, Juan, was very friendly and helped explain what my car needed. He also asked the mechanic to stay a bit late to help the last few customers. They really helped me out today and got a lasting customer.

Being a Saturday, it was pretty busy. However, I was pleased to be greeted as soon as I parked my car. Got checked in right away and was given an estimate of 1 hr. It took a little bit more (~1hr 45 mins) but I was satisfied with the quality of work done. I feel the car drives much better after the alignment. Will recommend Big O tires, Mountainview to friends an family.

Incompetent and dishonest. I had to go to big o tires because one of my tires got a flat and it was the closest place. They put the tire inside out - picture attached that shows inside on tire. I would not have caught it if not for the Tesla service center that pointed it out. Also they tried to upsell me tires which was completely not necessary. The Asian guy at the front insisted “it’s a nice car. You are going to cause permanent damage by not changing all FOUR tires”. The Tesla service guy said these guys do that because they are paid on commission. Disappointing that they are taking advantage of folks!

I called and asked for a quick quote on getting a new set of tires and an alignment. The rep on the phone asked what kind of driving I was doing, and the goal (lowest price, long distance driving, noise, etc...). I really felt like he was looking to provide me a good solution, not just make a quick sale. But, the price was so good, I booked an appointment right away! When I went in at my scheduled appointment time, they re-stated the price and said it was for the alignment and 2 new tires. Yikes! When I said "new set of tires" I wanted 4. After some discussion, and the apparent miscommunication on both of our parts, we can to an equitable solution/price. They got my tires and alignment done within 1 hour and 15 minutes, and I am very happy with their products and service. In another 50,000 miles, I will be back.

I had a nail in my tire for my Tesla. The service was smooth and everyone was very nice. The price for a tire patch up was $50. I’m not sure if that’s a good price or not. It was my first time getting a tire repair in the area.

I experienced awful service from not just the store but also management. I chose Big O Tires to install 4 new tires on my truck. After they returned my truck and even complimented me on how good the tires looked, all 4 of my chrome-plated wheels were damaged around the edges. Big O Tires took responsibility for the damages and let me know that they "disciplined" the installer, but after dropping the truck off for two days they said that they could not fix or replace the wheels. Instead, they offered me a free oil change or a discount on other tires. I spoke with two people in management hoping they would bring me answers but after initial contact avoided my emails and never called me back. I am disgruntled by the quality of work and lack of customer service from this location and Big O Tires.

The flat tire patch went alright, within reasonable speed. However, they scratched my wheel. This means they are not very careful with the work. UPDATE: They called me and invited me back to see if they could resolve the problem. Unfortunately, there wasn't anything they could do. Apparently, they may offer to repair it if I notified them about it at pickup (or if their tech noticed it). That said, while disappointed, I appreciate the call, and the attempt at resolving it after-the-fact. +1 star for this

Great experience with this shop! Highly recommend! David was great. He was able to get the tires I wanted in stock in less than 24 hours. Jose did put new shoes on Titan (the car), did a battery check, and alignment, and loaded up my ROFs since they were still in good shape. Thank you guys!

The person in the front desk really need to see a psychiatrist. He was not only rude and disrespectful with me but also with another clients. Yelling at them and getting to weird conclusions. My problem couldn’t be solved so when I requested speak with the person who made the work to explain the problem he was offended and denied it. At the end it was an easy fix that the actual worker would noticed easily. So a was of time in that location.

I just had an amazing experience at this Big O Tires after a long road trip. Came in for a free inspection, and both the service advisor Juan Rodriguez and the technician David Quick went above and beyond. Juan was welcoming over the phone and just as patient, polite, and knowledgeable in person during both check-in and check-out. David performed a very thorough inspection and diagnostic scan on my car. After carefully checking everything and confirming there was nothing wrong, he also cleared out all the stored codes that had triggered during the road trip. I’m truly impressed with the care they provided. Highly recommend this location!

Tony and Alejandro are so kind and helpful. I had a nail in my tire. Called ahead and spoke to Tony. Tony reassured me they could take care of it as soon as possible. My tire was fixed within an hour. While I waited I was even offered water. I also didn’t pay anything for my tire repair since I purchased the extra protection back in January when the tires were bought. Overall, a great experience. Will continue to buy my tires here.
