Let me start off by saying if I could give this location 10 stars ⭐️, I would. I’m originally from Georgia and trying to find a decent mechanic out here has been extremely difficult to say the least. I visited Big O’s Tires today after a frustrating experience at a dealership this morning that recommended seven different repairs, totaling $1,800. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by Steve, who was extremely kind and helpful. I explained my situation, and he carefully noted each repair suggested by the dealership, assuring me they would conduct their own inspection. After a thorough evaluation, it turned out that almost ALL of the recommended repairs were unnecessary, and Big O’s saved me a significant amount of money. I especially want to thank Steve, Marvin, Martin, Victor, John and the rest of the team—everyone was so genuine and friendly. As a woman, it can be intimidating walking into auto shops, knowing there’s a chance of being taken advantage of. That was definitely NOT the case here. I had two people recommend this location, and I’m SO glad I took their advice. If you’re looking for HONEST, RELIABLE service for your vehicle, I highly recommend Big O’s Tires. Thank you for the exceptional service - I will be a returning customer in the future!

A rear tire i bought from Big O found a nail. It was a slow leek. I found a Big O location very close to my work in Costa Mesa. The tire warrenty that is available covers nails and road hazards. Unfortunately that brand and size of tire is no longer available. The owner sent me to another location after confirming that store had one of the correct sizes in stock. The warrenty paid for the tire, all I paid for was the lobor to install it. They saved the day and I am rolling again.
