Wish I could give zero stars I mean they charge my wife 71 dollars for a oil change don't top off the fluids plus the gm dexos oil doesn't even go in car its a tuscon for one they must be hurting for money will not recommend this place at all

Went to Big Rays on South Cedar across from Fazolis , my drain plug was stripped so they sent me to see Ricky, well he and Lonnie ( I'm not sure if that's his name) took care of my car and had me back on the road ready to go. Lonnie paid attention to detail got me the right parts and that's what matters. They did an awesome job and I will be going back there from now on!

I have gotten good service here, but overall I would recommend you take your business elsewhere. My last oil change Ricky changed my air filter, and left my sensor unplugged. I had to get a rental car and took my car into a shop, costing me nearly 400 out of pocket. When I let him know, I was laughed at, given excuses, and told I should have taken it to "his shop". He offered me one free oil change! This is a manager at the shop. No accountability and disrespect towards my circumstances is the reason for this review. I don't dislike the guy, but this experience has left a sour taste in my mouth. Best of luck to you, and no I will not be going for the free oil change.

The guys are excellent and pay attention to the details of their job. I did not need to wait long and enjoyed talking with Ricky while the oil filter was changed. Used a Groupon for an oil change here. It was the worst automotive service experience in my life.. The dude working was wearing sandals & barely could speak or read English. They struggled getting my oil filter off. They made the claim it hadn't been replaced in a long time. Not true, I had an oil change at Instant Valvoline 3 months prior. I've never had an issue there. My gut tells me they weren't using the right tools in the pit. I made it clear along with the Groupon I presented I was supposed to get Valvoline Max Life. After they filled my engine I asked what oil they put in and it wasn't what I asked for. The service guy acted confused then said in very broken English "better oil, I put in better oil". I noticed my engine making a ticking sound when first started the next couple of days. Needless to say I went to Instant Valvoline and had the oil change done again. This place is scary... If you care about the longevity of the engine in your vehicle stay away.

DO NOT GO HERE! My usual place is a 20min drive and this place is right around the corner to my house. Figured i would give it a try and bought a Groupon for the synthetic blend oil change. For the following reasons, I will never give this place my money again. The tech attempted to tell me that my vehicle requires Full Synthetic oil because it has a dexos requirement and that would be an upcharge... Im a former full service oil change manager. Nearly every oil brand offers a dexos synthetic blend. So either your establishment does not carry a synthetic blend thats dexos approved, or you are lying to your customers. If you only offer dexos approved in full synthetic then say that. Don't lie and try to tell me my car ONLY takes full synthetic. I was told I would have to sign a waiver if I didn't go the full synthetic route but no waiver was presented so that also leads me to believe the tech was trying to lie to me for an upsale. My tire pressure was not checked nor did they even offer. My airfilter was not checked, nor did they offer to check it. They marked all my fluids were checked and full but they didn't check a single one. I called the tech out on his lie about the oil. He respectfully argued for a bit but finally explained that he is fairly new to this bussiness and thanked me for the information i gave him. I commend the tech for keeping his cool after I angrily argued about the oil. Though I did apologize and explain to him my past employment. I did get in and out fast. So far ive not noticed any leaks. So I think they at least did the oil change correctly. So for the all the reasons above. I will never be back and urge anyone else to avoid this place as well. They are clearly taking advantage of unknowing people.
