My wife had a screw in her tire, I called Big Zacks about 30 minutes prior to close and they immediately told me to have her come in and they would assess the tire. They suggested a patch for a screw hole at 20$ for the repair. But after the patch failed to hold they put in a plug for 10$ and didn’t charge my wife the first 20$ because their work didn’t meet their personal standards. Great prices.
