I'm from NC and alternator went out among other things. Bill and his crew did an excellent job repairing my Honda crv. He guarantees his work and I'm so thankful his garage was nearby. God bless you Bill. And thank you. My car runs like new again!

Alternator went out on our Jeep. They fixed it right up and their price was more than fair! Even called us the next morning to check on it! I have to say I was very impressed with the quickness in which it was fixed. Will definitely call them again if we have anymore vehicle problems.

Brought my 96' Tahoe here because I was told my rear end was going out-- the estimated cost from the other guy was $500 before labor. Thankfully, Bill recognized it was my u-joints. He saved me a ton! On top of that, price of labor is more than fair and the service is timely. He's replaced my water pump, springs, and emergency break and I've got every intention of returning with my business. Check him out, you won't regret it 👏🏻

This is a good place to take your car. I paid $340 dollars to have 4 spark plugs and 2 cool packs replace. It was $40 for the spark plugs $80 for the cool pacs which seem like a lot for those parts. The quality of their work was good, so I ain’t mad at it. They got my car done in a timely manner and the price was ok. Overall, I was satisfied and I would take my car back to this shop.

Left car at garage on Friday morning, they finally called Monday afternoon. Only quoted two things out of three. The cost was too much, I told them I would pick up the car. I asked if I owed them anything, the guy on the phone said diagnostic cost $75. I told them everything that was wrong, probably took two minutes to write the so called diagnostic. Turned out $145 for brakes, 300 to 400 for exhaust and nothing on the electric window. When I got home to do the brakes myself the four lug nuts were loose. Glad I found that out quickly. They did do a good job on another job on another car's break line, but failed to fix a tire that had a leak, that I told them to look at. When I went to pay them the Diagnostic fee, I told them it wasn't kosher and they lost their minds. I informed them I would never go back, I told them I would warn as many people as I could. For this business to reply back calling me a liar and that I was cheap is truly disgusting. Everything I wrote was 100% factual. I will not do business with a company that has to charge for doing nothing. There are plenty of good people who.would tell you upfront that an estimate is not free. How else could you compare repair costs. This is shady business, and they can invoke the name of God all they want to. Since they brought it up, ask yourself, would He do business like that? Let it not be so. They did not suggest options or solutions. Very suspect. Be careful when dealing with this business. Name callers condemn themselves.

Avoid these guys, you've been warned. I dont know how anyone could give a good review after my experience with them. My car was overheating and when I brought it to them I told them I think the thermostat is going bad. They call me up and say no it's the radiator and a hose. I tell them go ahead and fix it. When I get my car back they never put the bottom cover back on and tell me it didn't have it when it did. Drive home and it starts overheating. Take it back to them and they say they got a bad radiator and change it and now the thermostat that I told them when I first went is bad so I tell them to go ahead and replace it. Drive home and it still overheating. So I order a thermostat and replace it myself and it doesn't overheat anymore. So I call them and they say they'll refund me for the thermostat but when I arrive they only refund the thermostat cost not the labor, by the way when I replaced the thermostat it was the old one so they never put a new one in. Maybe if the guy spent less time arguing with the reviews and more time actually doing his job he might actually fix the vehicles he works on.

Great honest men. Replaced 4 tires. We ended up pulling over after we left due to a tire losing pressure. It turned out to be defective. The gentlemen fixed us up, ordered a new tire and even went to the store to get us water. Pricing was reasonable and they worked well together to get the job done. We will definitely be back for future auto needs.

These are some of the most honest and hardworking guys out there. They have worked on both mine & my husbands vehicles and done amazing work every time. Very very reasonable prices & great quality work. They even noticed a problem with our bill being wrong and corrected it, giving us money BACK. There are not many people honest enough to do that. We cannot recommend them enough & will continue to bring all vehicles to them!

WORST GARAGE IN CARTER COUNTY,TENNESSEE,NEEDED MY JEEP FIXED IN A PINCH,WAS TOLD IT WAS THE RADIATOR ($279)SO WE SAID OK,THEN WAS TOLD IT WAS THE THERMOSTAT ($100)N AGAIN SAID OK REPLACE IT,2.5 GALLONS ANTIFREEZE($60) N THE THEY REPLACED WATER PUMP N SAID THAT WAS FREE OF CHARGE AND TOTAL CAME TO ($600),and after week of driving it noticed it steaming n a antifreeze smell,I got to looking it over an finding a bolt not tightened on water pump and other bolts missing after all ther work was done.So I take it back to garage and tell them about missing bolts and there excuse was o it was wrecked we could not get bolts back in,so ok I left it at that knowing it was never wrecked.SO TODAY 1/19 TOOK MY SONS 2011 HYUNDAI THERE CAUSE IT WAS MAKING A NOISE WHICH TO ME SOUNDED LIKE BRAKES WERE BAD,SO AFTER THEY CHECKED OT OVER AND THERE DIAGNOSES WAS IT NEEDED A WHEEL BEARING AND BRAKE PADS AND THEY QUOTED ME ($810.00) AND I CALLED THEM BACK AND SAID DONT DO ANY WORK TO THE CAR AND THEY SAID OK I OWED THEM ($130) FOR JUST LOOKING AT IT,AND THEN TO FIND OUT LAST WEEK THEY SCREWED A LITTLE OLE LADY OUT OF ($120),SO PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS GARAGE PEOPLE SAY THEY ARE THE BEST AROUND,MAYBE IF YOUN WANT RIPPED OFF,READ OTHER REVEIWES WISH I WOULD HAVE!!

Would give half star if I could honestly. Took my car down for a diagnostic test everything was great. Need a new transmission ok cool. Got a transmission had it delivered to the shop they were to put transmission in a new shock and that was it. Turns out my clip for my hood pole was completely gone a guard for the underside of the car was in my trunk and my break line was zip strapped, missing a motor mount bolt, missing strut tower bolt, lug nut and a piece under the hood was zip strapped. Not to mention my CAR SOUNDS TERRIBLE and has been back down to the shop 4 times for them to make it right...... WILL NOT GO BACK 10 OUT OF 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. Yes he said he guarantees his work but geshhhhh my problem still persist and ran all my gas out during the last shop visit.

Let me start off by saying, I’m giving one star because that’s the lowest it will allow. Dropped my car off in February for a transmission issue. Was told it was in fact the transmission and the owner, Bill, knows reputable dealers to get a used one for a fair price. Fair enough. I paid him in full the day I dropped the car off. ($3100) They installed 3 used transmissions and on the 3rd after about 4 months of having the vehicle in their possession released the car to me with a 30 day warranty on the used transmission. Upon getting into the car I noticed the key fob was busted, as well as the car having a strong smell like the inside of a mechanics shop and onions. Blew that transmission in less than 12 hours. Dropped the car back off and my husband told them they needed to take accountability and put in a new transmission at their expense and to send it to the dealership because they are incompetent or else we would pursue legal action against the shop. This time bill did send the car to the dealership to be properly fixed, and upon getting the car I noticed a big dent on the back passenger side, numerous missing fuses that ultimately were the cause of my broken key fob that both he, nor the dealership could figure out why the key fob wouldn’t work. The brand new battery I put in before the car broke down is missing and another off brand that is much cheaper was placed inside my vehicle. I spent hours cleaning it just to get the smell out and thankfully it finally runs thanks to the dealership. We’ve tried numerous times to get the final receipts from the business, but they don’t return your calls and often times close early throughout the week. By far one of the worst, most stressful situations I have found myself in and truly find it baffling this business has any good reviews, let alone still in business. Unless you like shady business practices, missing or broken parts on your car, and being without a vehicle for almost 7 months, avoid this business at all costs.
