Bill really blew me out the water. Got it done in less than half the time he quoted. Saved me way more money than expected. And he did it in a way that other shops didn't even bother trying. He was able to back out a bolt that even firestone couldn't do. Saved me from replacing the whole intake manifold. This guy is legit. Found him because of his amazing reviews and I see why 😁

Bill is the absolute best at what he does. For years, I've looked for a mechanic I could trust & I found him. Him & his wife Sonia go above & beyond to take care of their customers. If you're not using Bill for your repair needs, you're missing out

I originally took my car to two different dealerships in fort worth to handle an issue with the AC: the first one missed an obvious diagnosis and took several weeks to do a few simple tasks and bill me for services that didn't even fix the problem. The second one took 4 hours for an oil change and to get me a quote on a new AC clutch/compressor kit. Fed up with the "proper" maintenance places in DFW, I sought an independent shop to fix my car's AC and replace the alternator after it died. Right off the bat, Bill recommended me a towing company that saved me over 100 dollars vs the first place I found online. Then he recommended I replace my car's entire AC system (it's an old car rusted out from the upper Midwest), after inspecting the car and validating my reported issue. To do this task and replace the alternator, Bill charged me less than the dealership would have to replace only the clutch/compressor! Not only that, but Bill had my car fixed in a few days despite dealing with bolts that were locked with rust. I've driven several hundred miles since then, and both the AC and alternator haven't given me any problems. Bill is a very knowledgeable mechanic and he doesn't charge you through the nose for OEM parts or tack insane markups onto aftermarket ones. I'm grateful for the way he does business and plan to take my car there in the future for anything else it needs.

They had my vehicle for two weeks and was not able to figure out what was wrong. The owner was the only mechanic working on cars and reminded me of that the few times that I called him to inquire about my car. I managed to drive the car to my mechanic and within 10 minutes he was able to pull up the codes and looked under the hood just to discover that the air filter was missing and that was what was causing the codes. We were able to drive the car to our mechanic fourteen miles away in first gear with it dying on us once. Our mechanic said that the computer was fine and that it had a major vacuum leak which Bill said that we didn't have a vacuum leak and that the computer needed to be replaced.

I have been using Bill's for over twenty years. I never thought to write a review. I now live an hour away, and still won't go anywhere else! Knowledgeable and fair!!! I have recommended many people through the years, and everyone has been pleased!

Bill and his wife are lifesavers! We were traveling from Missouri when we noticed a brake issue; we called to see if Bill could get us in on a Sunday on a whim. When we got to Bills shop, he was super friendly and helpful, diagnosed the issue, found the parts and had it fixed in no time! We are so thankful we found Bill and his wife. They also have lots of great stories and sweet shop pups! We need more people like Bill and his wife in the world. Thank you for being awesome!

Bill and his wife are some of the most honest hard working people that my family has met and lucky for us they know how to problem solve vehicle issues. My first experience with them was a pleasant surprise. My Dad and Uncle told me to take my Old 98 Dodge Truck over to them to get an estimate on a transmission issue after I got a high estimate over at another shop and Bill's estimate was what I paid and not a penny more. His estimate was half what the other people wanted to charge to just open up the transmission and diagnose. Each time I have taken a car to Bill, I have been pleasantly surprised at his bill. A few times the bill was so low that I have offered him a tip on the low bill he charges for his good work. He is a problem solver for all things car related and so I would not recommend anyone else to do the job well and at a very honest price.

I found Bill through my husband who has been utilizing Bill's services for more than 20+ years. Bill is brilliant when it comes to diagnosing and fixing issues. His prices are unbelievable reasonable and his work is superb. He works on our entire families vehicle repair needs. We trust him and he has clients in us as long as he is able to continue to do the work.

They are very friendly. Christian brothers wanted $6,000 to do work and claimed it was because of their warranty. All the same work was only $2100 here with Ford motor craft parts, and work is guaranteed. I’m incredibly satisfied and will be going back here exclusively from now on!

My truck was towed from my apartment complex to a lot nearby for an alleged leak. I took it to the closest shop which happened to be Bill's. I feel so lucky to have found this shop. After looking into it and checking for leaks they discovered it was just a loose nut causing a small drip every few hours. Nothing else. They were honest and even worked with me on a day to pick up my truck so I wouldn't have to take off work. It felt like I was picking up my truck from family. If you want an honest opinion take it to Bill's! I'm a customer for life.

Bill and his wife are angels. We were passing through town on a long road trip and our car suddenly lost acceleration. We limped off the highway and to their shop. Bill looked at it right away, fixed the issue, and we were back on the road in no time. As impressive as the quick repair was, the most impressive part of the experience were Bill and his wife. So kind and helpful. Genuinely more concerned about helping people in need than their own benefit and comfort. GREAT PEOPLE. May God bless them!

Bill is doing work that not a lot of mechanics do anymore. He is also honest and well priced which is also rare these days. I brought him a very custom off road vehicle and while every shop turned me down, it’s Bill’s specialty so he took it in and knew what to do with everything. I would definitely be coming back!

I had a busted radiator and Bill was able to get me taking care of and back on the road in half the time I anticipated. It's nice to have a repair shop that's friendly and honest. I highly recommend Bill's Auto Repair.

Worst experience ever, I will never use Bill's Auto repair again. I took my Nissan D-21 truck to Bill's Auto for the removal and replacement of the engine, however, he does not order the engine which I would have preferred because he would know more about the condition of the engine then I would. He requires the customer to order the engine. I ordered the engine and bill installed it. However, after installation he contacted me and stated the engine had an oil leak. I purchased a warranty with the engine and Bill and I contacted the company I purchased the engine from. The company stated the warranty would only cover half of the repair cost. Bill got angry and stated he would not repair the companies mistake for half the repair cost. in addition, he stated in his anger that the engine was trash and he would not install it in his vehicle. This was astonishing to me because what he would not install in his own vehicle, he was willing and did install in my vehicle. He called and stated my truck was finished and he has completed the repair. When asked about the leak he said it was repaired. When I received my truck, the leak was not repaired the price for the installing was higher than quoted and there was a large dent in my tail gate. When I tried to contact Bill's Auto concerning the damage the large dent, he blocked my phone number and would not even attempt to communicated with me concerning the damage he created to my truck. He created over $600 worth of damage to my vehicle and has not even attempted any communication but instead blocked my phone to avoid any attempt at resolution for the damage he created.

This business is honest, fair priced, and they treat people how they should be treated. Some of the reviews on here are ridiculous and not the people that I know. They find a good business and try to run it down. This business has been amazing for 20+ years and still continues to be. Thank you

[Edit to reply to the owner] We did call YOUR BUSINESS YESTERDAY. It was you who answered the phone and belittled my friend for giving you business. Picture attached. Do not lie💕 [Original Review] If you want to be belittled on the phone when you call a business, definitely hit this place up. You won't be disappointed for getting the weirdest business practice.

The owner of this business is extremely rude, unprofessional, and deceptive. A customer called them and inquired about a repair and they answered the phone call in the most disrespectful way. When a negative feedback was left to let future customers know how this establishment runs, the owner then replied to the original feedback and LIED that they weren't open and that the call must have been for a different business. Well, Karma got them because the original reviewer shared the screenshot of the exact phone number and the timestamp of the call👏🏻👏🏻 While running a poor business practice is not a crime, lying to avoid and dismiss a client's honest feedback will not be tolerated, especially in this time and age. An apology needs to be established!

What do you do when you call a mechanic up and he says “ I can fix it up for you and it will get you back to Arkansas” ? My wife and I were visiting my daughter and grandkids in Ft Worth this past weekend. We drive a 2013 Tahoe and during the trip the transmission was going out. It left me stranded at a hospital parking lot. I called for an AAA wrecker to come and pick it up. He asked where he should take it and after looking at who does work on Sunday, I found Bill’s Auto Repair Service. After discussion with him on the phone about the transmission he said to drop it and would look at it. It told him I appreciated that very much because my wife and I needed to leave on Sunday (because she teaches summer school on Monday). He also said in the phone he would get me going again and promised me it would make it back to Arkansas where I lived. From there I could take it to my dealer and get it examined more. Getting to the point , when I left his shop he told me to pain the towing button and it would feel like I was towing a trailer back to Arkansas but it would make it. Needless to say it only made 12 mile before konking out a a major highway again. Once again, I had to call another wrecker service to tow the Tahoe to another place in Ft Worth. We got back to Arkansas at 10 pm after my brother in law drove from Melissa Texas to let me borrow his truck. Bill charged me $400 for a repair he said would get me back. Whatever he did to the Tahoe wasn’t enough and it ended up doing the same thing before I took it to Bill. I called him and told him the issue. I asked him for my $400 back and he said he didn’t so that. He needed to see my Tahoe again. I said nope. So the question is, “ Would a parent send their child back to a bad school of the child was bullied or harassed the first time?” To me this is the same equivalent of the service I got at Bill’s Repair Shop. If he couldn’t work on it properly he should have told me so. He got irate over the phone once I told him I needed to get my money back. I’m out wrecker service costs. I’m would advise anyone if they are taking there vehicle to Bill’s Repair Shop is n Ft Worth Texas. Don’t be fooled like I was by empty promises. How was I supposed to get the Tahoe back to you if it was dead and wouldn’t run. I was stranded. You’re the classic scam artist. If you had driven it around it would have gone dead on you also. But you didn’t take the time to do that and I doubt you put transmission fluid in it because the next shop I took it to said the transmission fluid was old and looked burnt. A good man or dealer would give the money back. Out of state folks beware!

[Edit to respond to owner's reply] It was you who was super unprofessional and rude to my friend. It was my car that got hit and he was so very nice to call around asking for repair while I was still in shock. He did you on speaker and we all listened to the conversation. IT WAS YOU who laughed at his question for asking if you could help us with the mirror replacement. You are such a cruel person. Now you are lying that your business is not open on Sunday? Oh we got receipt!! [Original Review] I tried calling this place up to see if it's true the own will treat you with no respect whatsoever, and it exceeded my expectations. Bill and whoever answered the phone should not be handling phone calls.
