This is the most dependable, honest, and fair garage I have ever taken a vehicle to. I will never go anywhere else. I have taken in vehicles that I knew was going to be expensive and they called me and said it was something simple and not at all the cost I was expecting. I have never had a garage be that honest when they could have sure overcharged me for something that didn"t even need to be done. Wish I would have taken a vehicle there instead of a place that we pd. over 7k on a new motor and rebuilt transmission when all it needed was a new catalytic converter. VERY HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY with Bill's!!!

Didn't get my car repaired here, but very impressed with the customer service I received when I went to ask for an estimate. My check engine light said I had an issue with my catalytic converter. The mechanic took time away from the car he was fixing to come talk to me, and never acted like I was bothering him, because my issue was something their garage couldn't do. He even looked under my hood to explain what the problem was and showed me where it was located. That level of customer service is rare in today's business world. Hope that I'll never need to get car fixed again in the future, but if I do, this will definitely be my first choice.

Im Kevin Byrd//was a tech in my life,past,so i have that understanding of what quality work and diagnosis is.Future work will be done here,and ive known of their shop but never needed work done.Thank yall.Did a great job on our 05 kia optima. I'll recommend anyone and great experience there and experienced people. Ac compressor locked up but they went through the trouble to examine the compressor to verify if it had thrown metal into the system,he called and said it looked fine,no gray death sludge in it. So apparently was probably front drive shaft seize failure or the swash plate locked real quick,and wasnt a gradual failure throwin metal for days and not the pistons.All i can think of. This discovery allowed just the compressor to be replaced without having to replace the condenser and expansion valve., parallel flow condensers cant be flushed,and mine has filter dryer built in. No parts were put on that werent needed. They know what theyre doing,honest,nice quick at it and saved me money.
